I placed an order off of uber eats and when I received my order It was missing all the toppings and sauces 11+ dollars worth of toppings and sauces when I called the store a woman picked up and put me on hold then hung up on me I called the store back asking for the womans name and an extremly rude man that gave me his name Gregory told me that this is a business what do I want as i told him that my order was messed up he hung the phone up on me. I then proceeded to write a complaint on uber eats asking for a refund when I received a call from Gregory saying and I quote "you the one calling burger asking names of people at a business." I proceeded to explain to Gregory that if he paid 11+ dollars in toppings and received the the rude customer service wouldnt he be upset as well he told me come to the store and see about my refund after I asked for his name several time he finally gave me the name Gregory. This place is full of rude disrespectful people and I do not recommend it at all. They do not care about you as a customer and want to act like a "tough" guy when confronted with there mistakes.

I placed an order. They did not deliver. I called. They claimed that something was wrong with my phone. Nothing was wrong. They guy who answered had limited English skills and hung up on me. I had to get a refund through Seamless. Seamless requires that they note it if they have trouble reaching a customer. Seamless said they did NOT. When I checked their screen, they had CLOSED very shortly after they had taken my order. They may be crooks!! Dont take a chance on them!!

Do not order from them Made an order through grub hub. Delivery person was late so I called claimed he called a few times and rang buzzer did not do any Of those things. No call or ring of buzzer I even waited outside for a bit. No one was around so clearly lied to me. Told me to call grub hub about it Got my money back from them. Will Never order from them again

First of all we had to wait in the store for an hour just to place an order do to the fact they said they have delivery order be for us from Grub Hub. Im being patient because my son wanted this. Its not right since we are walk in customers. They need a better system since they food is good.
