Im giving it 3 stars because the food took 1h to come to our table after we ordered, and the place was not so busy. The waiter told us the reason was the fact that our party was big (8 ppl). As we were a big party they decided to serve other tables with smaller parties that arrives later than us (not nice at all!!!!). To apologize for the delay the waiter offered us a liquor at the end of the meal and this let me to add one more star to this review. Service need to improve a lot! They did not bring us napkins, cutlery and dressing for the salad. Food was cheap and decent. I got the veggie burger with avocado and it was good. A friend took the knickerbocker burger and said it was really good too. Fries that come as side are disappointing as are greasy and not crunchy at all (I had the impression they are prepared before and just warm up in a microwave before serving).

First time we called them for delivery, they never came. Said they went to the wrong address but never called... so we called them after an hour, corrected our address and then the food finally came, COLD. It seems like the food would have good if it was warm and wasnt 2 hours old... but they messed up our delivery, then didnt make us new food. Very poor service. So I just tried to call for a second time.. got their answering machine, no one there even though the recording says theyre open at this time. 1:15PM on a Saturday. Never calling them again.

I am glad to be the third person reviewing this restaurant... If it was boxing, it would be call it a "split decision"...LOL. I ordered for delivery and it was perfect; the only complaint I have is that it took a little long to get my food. Then again, the chinese restarant take about the same amount of time. The burger was delicious...best I ever had. I gave it four stars because I waited a while for my food but man it was worth the wait.

I went there for a glass of (surprisingly delicious) sangria one Saturday afternoon. It was awkward. There was a lone (yet attentive) waitress, two dudes eating (massive) burgers at separate tables, and VH1 Pop-Up Video on the TV. The place rarely has more than a handful of diners despite the creative burger menu and cheap drinks. I also heard a rumor the restaurant has a rat problem. But hey, you cant believe everything you hear.

Cash only, and a nice place to come and enjoy a good burger to some background latin tunes. The place has a modern feel mixed in with a bit of nostalgia (Theres a small 13 inch TV in one corner with an NES hooked up to it. I wonder if it works). Ive been here twice and Ive only ever seen one guy working both the bar and the tables, but the place is small enough that 1 person can attend to both.

I ordered from you guys for the first time, I had the Chimichurri burger with fries and it was very good. My order arrived in literally 20 mins which I was very surprised. Have no complaints, will def. order from you guys again. Thanks.

No napkins, no silverware i mention this because the place was empty. Great decor and cool vibes and music. Yet I should have known better since it was empty that the Burger would not be outstanding. Good drinks should be a bar.

Great burgers. Great restaurant to order delivery, not so great to eat in if you enjoy a smile and good service from the waitstaff.. Chefs are great, for that reason, Id order delivery only from this place

1* Chicken chimichurri sandwich :-( 2 1/2* Philly burger :-| 4* Knickerbocker 1* service. 45 minutes to get burgers! Salad without dressing and then they brought only vinegar! Soggy Fries :-(

Dinner style Burgers cooked on the grill. Not fussy or peachy just basic burgers cooked right. Service was fantastic but a small dining room means large groups are tricky.
