Poor service. Ive dealt with several workers, and they all have horrible attitudes to be working in a service related job. When they first opened, there were a few nice and helpful employees, however each time Ive been there recently, Ive been met with rudeness and an overall feeling like Im intruding on their personal private time. Ill stick to Cafe One, where at least they have a strong understanding of proper customer service.

Poor experience with this coffee cafe. Ive been to many cafes, this place has average coffee, but poor service. When business doesnt appreciate the customer, it is time to visit another place. Im definitely not coming back here. Ambiance is average. 3/5 Service 1/5 Coffee 3/5

Lovely place to work. Always has a good selection of teas and a lot of CCNY students working on laptops. The only issues found with this coffee place was that the tables are packed very closely and that the only outlets are under the bar and not the sitting area.

First time trying their special 14hr cold brewed coffee, recommend by the knowledgeable staff, and was very impressed. Had it black, no sugar no milk. It was immensely refreshing, delicious, invigorating and potent. Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

poor quality, expensive, and amazingly racist. they literally skipped over me to help the guy behind me. perhaps I should give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they are confused with the concept of a "line". Mindboggling.

The Nitro Cold Brew is amazing and will have you wired all day! Sadly, its a bit expensive for black coffee. They also have a walk up window which is great when Im on walks with the dog and would like a cup of coffee!

When they first opened I enjoyed the great strong coffee in tiny diggs. A couple of months later the coffee quality has suffered and now the high prices are hard to justify.
