Great atmosphere! Im not a big coffee drinker but my friend brought me with her a couple times. I gotten and loved the chocolate croissant, birthday cake pop (delicious white chocolate coated cake pop), hot chocolate, and a non-coffee "Butterbeer Cappuccino", a la a Harry Potter fan receipt online. The staff was courteous with my request and very friendly plus the frappe was awesome! Definitely making it a weekly thing, even though I dont drink coffee! Also, the delicious frappe recipe is this: - Order a frappuccino, non-coffee/Creme base, Vanilla Flavor - If ordering a large: ask for 3 pumps caramel syrup, 3 pumps toffee-nut syrup, and a caramel drizzle (I also ask for whipped cream) - If going small: ask for 2 pumps of each instead of 3. - If going medium: mmmm... Its up to you, but maybe 3 caramel and 2 toffee-nut? :)

Ive been waiting almost 30 minutes now. We ordered 3 drinks. A cappuccino, a reserve clover coffee, and a de caf dark chocolate mocha. We are still waiting. The cappuccino came out fairly quickly. I had to sit at the reserve table for 15 minutes and then had to request my drink. They dont know how to make the 3rd drink so we are still waiting. Somebody just explained to other employees how to make the drink. I am EXTREMELY disappointed at the lackadaisical attitude of the employees at this new and supposedly upscale Starbucks. We walked in and were very impressed with the style and decor. What a joke! Will not be coming here again and we are gold members.

A lot of new upgrades from the previous store down the street and a friendly staff, but personally I preferred the old location. There was more seating and better wifi. The new location has an echo that makes it really hard to converse with friends. All things aside can something PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be done about the wifi? its so horrendous, worst starbucks wifi Ive ever experienced!!

I love coming here! Their coffee is the same as the rest of the chain (obviously), but what makes it stand out is the staff. I go to a another location more often, and they dont know my name; but Closter always does. It is so much fun!

What a cozy and kind starbucks branch. Staffs are very nice. Bunch of parkinglots around here, you dont have to worry about parking. But traffic is very busy, beware of that.

Very friendly partners, they are very attentive especially at the Reserve bar when you sit and spend time there. Quality is very important to the entire staff. Very clean.

This is actually a Starbucks Reserve. High end. Not your typical Starbucks. I enjoyed the Classic Afogato. Probably spelled that wrong.
