From the get go, there was a certain odor that assailed your nose as you walked it the "restaurant". A mix of urine, feces, and old people. After paying what I thought was a bogus amount for our "meal", I perused the offered entrees. I have never seen such a poor display! Food was swimming in its own grease, flies were hovering over the salad area, and there spills and messes everywhere! As soon as I made the attempt to find something edible, I was gravely disappointed...the food was horribly bland and overcooked. I asked for the open grill "chef" (and I use that term very lightly) for a medium rare steak. I was served a well done steak instead, and when I asked for it to be refired, I was dismissed. The staff were very rude and generally didnt care about how things were presented. I am so disappointed with the certain Golden Corral. I will NOT be going back.

Golden Corral was always an exceptional establishment with exceptional steaks. They were the first to come out with the "buffet" offering years ago in addition to their original table service; however, the Waldorf Golden Corral has been going downhill for the last few years. While standing in line at the register, roaches were seen along the base of the plate/drink counter. Staff was very disconnected, nonchalant, and disinterested in the customers. The area nearest to the restrooms wreaked with the smell of urine, forcing customers to other crowded seating areas. Two dead flies were noted around salad bar items (1 in a container, the other on the outside of a container). Extremely poor and that will be the last time we will probably go to the Waldorf Golden Corral.

Went for brunch as advertised, charged for dinner. Manager Mr. Simmons berated staff for calling him out being lazy and making a customer wait 5 mins to pay. I was standing right there behind the guy. Came up to the counter and mouthed off to everyone, didnt even great the customer that was waiting, fixed the register and dipped back to the back. Waiters are good, staff is reasonable. Food is.. well it is golden corral, dont expect perfection. Prices and advertisements mean nothing, you will get the price they want to charge you when you get to the register.

How can you have a management team that wont take responsibility for what happens in the restaurant. Went there on 03/31/2016 just to have lunch, and then found a few strands of hair in my food. Not only did the manager tell me that it wasnt his problem, but he refused to do anything about it, called me a liar, and said that because I had been there over 30 minutes, he wasnt gonna do anything. What kind of service is that. Avoid this Golden Corral, it will make you sick.

Not a bad place. Better experience when going there during lunch time cause its not too crowded and food turns often cause there is enough people there. Staff is so-so with some people being very friendly while others contemplate their existence while attending you. In terms of buffet food, which sometimes can be pretty low quality, this is definately above par with a lot of variety and even in the desert area as well.

Love this place. They actually season the food. There is also a few employees there that are fantastic and exceed expectations. One fellow remembers what foods I love and makes sure I get what I want and that it is fresh. Another fellow is a waiter and has great customer service and sings like an angel! This is the only location I go because the other locations are not as worried about the customers like this place is!

The popcorn shrimp and clams are good the baked fish was not good.The baked fish was soggy and tasteless, the string beans were good so was the seafood salad.The waitress that waited on us her name was Brenda she was very nice.They also added a new ice cream bar with new flavors of ice cream the butter pecan was very good.

My wife and myself has been living in the area now for little over a year started coming here about 6 months ago and the food the people and dont let leave out our server Eric always great you with a pleasant personality make you feel at home always ask where hes at when we come in.

I really like the food at Golden corral.I only visit when. I went to pig-out. The cornbread and fried chicken are my favorites because they taste homemade. The potroast is great too! Im too stuffed to type anymore. Just know. GC is a really satisfying buffet restaurant

Not very watchful of kids go up alone and playing in food. More signs need to be posted. No child under the age of ten should be serving them selves unsupervised. Need floor monitors for waiters and waitresses attending to customer needs... Food is always good...

The smell of urine permiates the entire establishment..bathrooms covered in urine feces and god know what else..Terrible food. Service from employes were ok..they just need to completely revamp the place and start over.....

The restaurant had a lot of dirty tables. The food was over done. Then to top it off the bathroom was gross. An elderly woman almost fell because the floors were wet. I will not come back to this Golden Corral again.

Terrible, Rude waitress. Little children messing up food bar. Parents not watching their kids. One ran into a lady and almost knocked her down. Management needs to tell parents to be watching their kids.
