This Cicis is about average for the chain. What they lack in quality, they make up for in quantity. The food was decent, but definitely not good. The booths are falling apart. I saw one where the actual seat was completely disconnected. The service was pretty bad. The busgirl was talking on the phone while she was working. She completely ignored customers when she blocked their path (I saw this several times and it happened to me) and it took her forever to get around to all the tables. The had a balloon artist who was going around to the tables. He was decent at making balloon art, but he completely lacked charisma. I couldnt even hear him properly when he came to our table and offered to make my daughter a balloon animal. The cooks, however, did a great job of keeping the buffet well stocked with a variety of stuff. So, not all the service was terrible. I would recommend this restaurant if you have a child who you want to stuff with food.

Today, my husband and I went to the lunch buffet at this cicis location and left very disappointed. The guy at the register was rude, I showed him the deal that brought me in for $5.49 for the adult lunch buffet and he laughed at me and said its not valid. Then we just paid what he told us, we went to pick up the food, when I was getting soup and opened one of the sauce pans thinking its a different type of soup he yeld: its Alfredo sauce , cant you see and pulled the lid of my hands, then my husband asked for a fresh made pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and he said they dont have mushrooms. ...which is just ridiculous. ....all the pizza was old and dry.... never go back there again.

I give it two stars only because of price. Pike Center Cicis is the filthiest restaurant I have ever eaten in. Windows, doors, the chairs, all places where people put their hands seem to have never been wiped down. Ever. I had to look at aleast five tables before I was able to find one clean...and I am sure it wasnt after all. This is the single most gross restaurant I have ever entered. Too bad.

Large quantities of mediocre pizza for very cheap (they have salad/pasta/soups too although I dont eat them much). They have a military discount too. I tend to go here a lot and aside from a few times where the womens bathroom was really gross its been good. Also, tends to be really noisy at their busy times, but considering a lot of kids are around then its pretty expected.

Well, they do put up 10-15 varieties of pizza, from pepperoni to hawaiian, but the crust is pretty cardboard-like, and the toppings are no great shakes. Its an all-you-can-eat joint, so they dont have any incentive to produce great food. Also a minimal salad bar and pizza-based appetizers. Soft-serve ice cream and some baked desserts. Go if you have a few hungry 10-year olds.

I cant even put a half star. Food is cardboard. Soda is flat. There are dents in the floor from the booths that were here before. They cheapened this place up. Plus I saw a staff member pick up a plate from the floor and put it back. I have been here a year before and can say the place has changed a lot but not for the better. Would not come back to eat here.

Every time I go there, the person at the cashier is super nice and helpful. I think he may be the manager...Pizza is yummy and its super cheap. The only downfall is a few years ago, I saw a mouse running on the floor. Then more recently, I saw a roach on the wall. It doesnt strike me as being very clean, but the food is still great for the price.

I mean, you can do better with the Frozen Stuff from Shoppers. SURE>>>>its All You Can Eat BUT who would want to eat all of that STUFF! The Pizza looks like its made by an Headstart Class with No Teacher around!!! Cmon.....You guys have to do better than what your doing. Not Recommended.

How this is an average of 4 stars on 36 reviews thus far is absolutely mindblowing. If all you can eat cardboard with "tomato" sauce satisfies you, then you might be happy with cicis. If you like human food with even the slightest modicum of flavor, you probably wont enjoy yourself.

I Love Going to Cicis Pizza in Rockville , it was really nice and the pizza are very good. Definetely recommend the restaurant and the place to anyone who would love to just eat pizza and chill out. Theres also a small acrade room.

If you want quality pizza, go somewhere else. If you want a place to please the kids with a big selection, this is it. Lots of stuff to choose from and they make your requests. The dessert pizzas are pretty good as well.

If you want to eat good pizza in quantity and for a very reasonable price, this is your place. They also have a quiet good salad bar. The best pizza buffet in the area. The have many discounts and offers for kids as well.
