I would give a negative star if I could. My family and I went there Sunday for dinner and totally regretted it after. On the way home, I commented to my husband that my stomach was hurting, but I thought, hey, it might be that the food was a bit greasy. Well, a few hours later, that was not the case. All three of us woke up vomitting and with diarrhea. if it were just one of, I would think it was an isolated case, maybe some stomach bug, but what are the chances that all 3 of us would wake up, within 10 minutes of eachother, all getting sick. It is now Wednesday and I am still feeling some of the symptoms. The place was dirty, but I thought it was because it was very crowded and understaffed. That was, until i got up to refill my drink and I saw three employees just BSing in the back. Even though they advertise that its only $5 a person, the buffet was really $6.99 a person. The food was gross, the staff lazy and rude, and pretty much useless. I will not be going back to this horrible place. I have eaten at many different Cicis locations and this place is just bad. Avoid at all costs!

After reading other bad reviews, I went and carefully observed. 6 adults and 1 child with drinks ate for $54. If we went to a fast food restaurant, I am sure we would have paid more for less food. Pizza area was a little dirty because people dropped pizza on the service station. But I watched carefully and observed that as soon as the dinner rush was over, the pizza service station was clean. I saw one booth seat with a tear in it. But hard to see tears in seats when people are using them. Pizza tasted fine. Not overcooked. They use paper cups, paper bowls, and plastic forks and knives. Cashier was nice and helpful. Employees replenished ice and supplies before they ran out. I dont know if the other reviews are fair. Not sure what they expected for such a cheap cost. Good variety of pizza and stuffed crust on buffet at all times. It definitely could be cleaner but not sure how to keep it clean when people are stampeding to the buffet to eat. Bathroom was fine. It would be nice if they had at least three TVs.

This place is completely overrun with the illegal immigrant population that dominates the area. This makes it very loud and filthy all the time. With all of the illegals crowded into one place with open food, the risk of catching something from some kid who has not be immunized is astronomical. Unsupervised children are constantly playing in the food and sneezing and coughing all over it - parents dont care. No one is speaking English expect behind the counter - and then it is barely English. This is the unsavory atmosphere anywhere in the country that has very cheap food on a all you can eat buffet. It is a reduction in the American standard for quality of life and a primary reason the US needs to end illegal immigration once and for all. A promotion for July 2013 is going on for $5 all day every day. I can not make myself take advantage of it because I just dont want to eat in a disgusting immigration office that serves substandard pizza.

I want to share my experience, and call the attention from the owner of the place, to leave a constructive feedback. I m on vacation with my family in Washington, and we decided to have dinner at this Cicis pizza location. First impression was normal, attention was ok, but then we realize the place was not clean, most of the tables dirty, also they were running out of pizza, and only three employees were running the place. Honestly, I think a succesful restaurant needs supervision, frequent cleaning, more quality, and supervision. We didnt like the experience, probably we wont be back, I think sometimes owners think more in the profit than the guests, I dont know if this is the case, but the result can not be different...A place that looks abandoned by their owners. I hope that my feedback more than be use to put resposibility on the staff, call the owner to a reflection, about how to run a business succesfully. Thank You!

Tried this place like 2 years ago to see what all the hype was about. Turns out the only thing worth hyping is the price tag. It was the absolute worst pizza I have ever had. How can a business be built around such a poorly made product. It wont cost them anymore to make it tastier. No flavor, dry you name it and their pizza was guilty of it. Parents of the world unite and never make your children eat this terribleness they call food. I went on by myself for lunch and did not subject my children to their horror. Im a straightshooter and tell it as it is. I have no hidden agenda to talk negative about them. This is simply my experience.

Ive been to this restaurant alot of times over the years and its has gotten absolutely worse! The plates were dirty, the seats in the booths all had holes in the them, half the tables were dirty. The bathroom was completely disgusting and smelled terrible. All of the pizzas were all overcooked and hard. There were only 2 pizzas on the buffet. None of the specialty items that were advertised were available. Nothing tasted good. I was really disappointed and was shocked to see how downhill this place has gone. The people who operate this place seem to have very low standards and dont seem to care about any of these problems.

Horrible! Drove an hour to the closest cicis. Paid $30 not bad. Picked a booth, my shoe literally got stuck to the floor and busted from having to be pulled off. My 3 year olds pizza had hair coming out of the dough. Coke was horrid. Game machines mostly just took money and didnt work. Change machine broken. Didnt get to eat and stopped feeding the kids after that. The icing on the cake would be me walking the car with one shoe since my strap busted on my shoe. Took pictures of everything anyway and already emailed cooperate. Never going back..

Estuve como una hora para q sacaran como 3 pizza y fui con mi familia y pague 40 dólares para esperar un largo tiempo y no sacaban las pizzas super mal servicio antes era bueno pero hoy esta por el suelo no megusto y nunca mas buebo ir mientras siga asi

If apple pie, baseball and guns is America then this CiCis puts the hood in hood rat. The pizza was hot but every ounce of disappointment that I got when I tried to refund the $120.00 I paid for that genuine Rolex out of that van in D.C. It was like, sure it is cheap and moderately fast but so was the Yugo and I have regrets about that decision too. Eating here is fine if you want to hate yourself in the morning but if you have a shred of respect for yourself, give this terrible excuse for itialian covered cardboard a wide birth.

My first 10 seconds in the store were great. Until the cashier was really rude just because I did not know how this works. I end up ordering some wings that took literally 45 minutes. It wasnt until I talk to the guy that is in charge of the food that they put my order in kitchen. Besides all of the restaurant is really unclean, even the people making the food do not wear hair caps for sanity. If you have plans of coming here , I recommend save those 6 dollars! They are not worth it.
