The service was awful. I ordered a zinger box, a $20 box, a $10 box of popcorn chicken, and 3 orders of the apple turnovers. Shortly after our order was placed, they informed us that they didnt have enough popcorn chicken to fill an order so we agreed to switch our item for another $10 deal. After fixing that problem, they told us that they didnt have enough apple turnovers, so again we switched it with an item of equal value. After receiving our final order, i quickly checked to see if we had our entire order. I should have looked more thoroughly because when we got home, we found that our zinger box was nowhere in sight (i assumed it was there because we got the drink that came with that order). I called customer service and they told me that they were unable to refund us, unless we were physically there at the store. Our other option was to go back to the store immediately for an item pickup (which we did not want to do because we were exhausted). We agreed to go to the store the next day right as it opened to get our refund. We made the mistake of thinking that the store opened at 10:00 when it was 10:30, so we got there at 10:18. We waited in the car until 10:30 and waited at the door. They finally opened their doors at 10:36 and we went inside to talk to the manager. After requesting the refund, the manager rejected our request saying that the refund list did not have our name on it. He said that we needed the name of the cashier we talked to but we were unable to come up with an answer. But the thing is that we didnt remember seeing any nametags the two times we went to the store. The manager didnt have a name tag either. We argued for 20 minutes before he agreed to fulfill our order, but he said it was our fault and that we should have asked the cashier for his name (even though we didnt know there was anything wrong with the order at that time, and the receipt that states the cashiers name was apparently a fake one). We received our order and left. I noticed that they failed to give us the drink that came with the meal, but i didnt say anything. We had already received our drink the day before and were not interested in stealing from the store (which we were accused of doing). I will never return to this branch again.

I went here yesterday around 5:30 in the afternoon. I ordered a 20 dollar fill up. Which comes 8 pieces of chicken and 3 sides right??? Well I asked if I could get 2 coleslaw instead of 2 mashed potatoes, I was told yes. I get to the window and pay, when I get my food there is only the bucket and TWO coleslaw. NO mashed potate at all! I let the person in the window Im missing a side and he gives me this stupid explanation that I didnt even understood. I did not want to argue or be an ass so I oredered and paid for a side of mashed potatoes that was suppose to be included in the 20 dollar fill up. By the way, the one who took my order and did this was the "manager" So I ended up paying for a 20 dollar fill up over 26 dollars. And I did not get receipts for neither one of the transactions. Easy to prove, I paid with my debit card. So I can easily get my statement. In other KFCs they have done this for me several times. So its not the first time I get this meal "my" way. But this called "manager" did not do it. He could have just said. No substitutions at all. And that was fine. But i paid more for the same items in this meal. Not coming back here. Train your management better!!!

The worst place in castro valley bye Far Far.last extreme hunger resort next to mcdonalds..pot pies were trash, only skin from chicken inside..im looking through it as we speak.i havent been here in 5 years.now i remember why..way below preporation heat bye extreme cold Far. Even if they have mouse pot pie i expect them to have some mouse in the pot pie, cooked correctly and hotwarm ..this place need shut down and a Popeyes put in..this particular KFC is an old nokia brick phone or a 1979 ford pinto ..its old and it shouldnt be on the road. your bad if u go..have a better day if you did

My family and I were craving chicken. So I decided to stop in to kfc we ordered a family meal and chicken pot pie. I was greeted by Dave, he was very polite, proffesional. I received my meal fairly fast I noticed a young lady was packing my food before I finished paying for it. We I sat down with my family I like to check to see if anything was left out. I was surprised that ever thing was there and chicken was hot and fresh. Thank you Dave, I will recommend this kfc to all my friends.

I think this KFC is really good and I especially like the KFC Pot Pies they have. Every Wednesday they have em on sale. If I was you I would run down there on your next Wednesday coming up and try one and if you buy a soda and do the KFC Survey on the receipt and get a free Go Cup. That will fill you up and satisfy your taste buds I guarantee !!!!!!!

Always gives small portions. Most KFC gives larger portions than they do. Sometimes they run out of alot of stuff that it doesnt really give you much option of what to eat.
