Went to this place 3 times. All 3 times they got my order wrong. The first time wasnt bad, they just forgot my tortillas. Second time they gave me the completely wrong salad, and put salsa on when I asked for no salsa. When I asked them to fix it they were rude and made it seem like it was my fault even though it clearly said the right order on the receipt. I figured I would give it one more try since the Antioch location got my order perfect the last few times. I got the same lady who was rude the second time, mariela. First I checked order before I left drive thru and they forgot my chips, she asked to see the bag like she didnt believe me. After that i was late for an apt, so I hurried out, and realized they forgot the main part to my salad this time, the dressing. Stuck not being able to eat again due to the mistake of the rude people at this place.

Clean, friendly. The drive thru drives me nuts because when you are ordering they repeat everything back very slowly so they have more time to make your food. I think the goal is by the time you get to the window to pay for your food its ready. But it is really annoying when you have said five times the same thing over again to confirm your order, and then they ask if you want salsa after that, and then you have to confirm that a bunch of times while they repeat it back very slowly. Please just let me order my food and wait at the window instead of making the interaction 10 minutes over the drive thru menu radio... Besides all that food is delicious and prices are satisfactory

Overall the place is not very clean. Both the bathrooms and tables have never been clean when Ive been there. Have been there about five times. The bathrooms in particular are disgusting. No complaints about the quality of the food. Prices are high if you ask me. $2.69 for a BRC burrito is kind of crazy. In the Drive-Thru they are pretty careless with your order. If you ask for salsa dont assume its in your bag.

Food is good except fries and new churros, but they are incompetent and mess up every order, especially drive through on all occasions. I guess if you can not speak English you should not be expected to read a ticket in English. The churros have changed and are bigger but are tasteless over the great ones they had.

Still eat here once in a while. I would give less star based on the hen not chicken pieces they serve on a days. My pinky finger is bigger than their leg pieces and so on. But I have to admit the green running wanna be guacamole salsa is addicting. Lol

Good chicken family meals for $25. Great for nights we dont feel like cooking but need to feed the whole family. Drive through is short and slow so seems to back up into the parking lot constantly.

El Pollo Loco has the best fast-food chicken around. Slow flame broiled, juicy and flavorful. Nice selection of sides, including healthy choices. Friendly staff. Clean. I love this place!
