This is the best KFC location the Fremont area. Food is good and service always gets the order right. Has A&W option here, but I have never tried. You can try the KFC on Thornton in Newark, but its a walk-in location and they run out of chicken a few hours before closing. Absolutely avoid the Mowry Ave. location, bad experiences every time I went, order wrong, run out chicken, biscuits (in the middle of the day?). Stopped going the Mission Blvd. location over a year ago after some rude customer service, thats another story. If you want KFC, go to this location.

Friday at 5:26 pm... I get to ordering device, guy says, "just moment please." 5:33 my orders taken... I dont think Ive ever waited 8 minutes just to give my order after Ive already gotten to the "ordering thing." 7 more minutes later @ the window - were making the large mashed potatoes can I give you two small ones pre mixed with gravy instead. Hmmm :( "No" So Im parking and going inside to pick up my mashed potatoes which Im kinda wishing I didnt even order. 5:47 - inside waiting for my food!! Why some places go out of business...

Chicken takes time, so I keep an open mind when ordering fast food chicken anywhere. I used to work at a chicken place and keeping exactly what customers want always hot, fresh and ready to order... Is tough. Having said that, Ive had delays, but I expected that. I wanted specific pieces and a survivor way (original). They were very accommodating, concerned for my wait, no bad vibes from them whatsoever... The service and the food were great. Never disappointed here.

The sides are good(Fries and corn) but the chicken here is very bad. It is too oily and the servers are too lazy. I ordered for a grilled chicken and after some time they said we are out of grilled chicken and they give me the crispy chicken which is too oily. KFC is loosing its chicken quality and customers. They need to improve the quality of the food.

Bad service, Friday night and they tell us it is going another 15 minutes for biscuits after waiting 40 minutes for our food. Walked out after getting my money back. Most customers waited a long ti.e for food.

Poor service makes for short on chicken piece count, chicken which has sat under the heat lamps for way too long and slow response which makes you wait in line way too long.Im going to Popeyes.

Been coming here for the last 8 years. Probably 20-25 visits per year. Food is decent; staff is nice and courteous. Its an A&W/KFC combo that is pretty good .
