Ive visited several KFC outlets in the south bay and this one is, by far, the best. Fried chicken is fried chicken, of course, but this restaurant is always spotlessly clean and the manager and the other workers are consistently warm, friendly, courteous and very quick to take and fill my order. When Im in the mood for chicken, this is where I head.

I stopped coming here for a couple years because of the subpar food and rude service. It seems the couple times I’ve been there recently things have improved (new management maybe). Maybe I’m spoiled by other places, but I don’t remember fried chicken being so expensive. However it’s not so bad if you go armed with coupons.

First off staff was very friendly. Ordered two meals to go. Only thing they got right was the sides. Was given wrong pieces of chicken, got regular instead of the extra crispy I asked for. Even got the cookies wrong, got raisin instead of chocolate chip, and one cookie was half gone. First and last visit to this location.

They didnt have sufficient crispy wings for the managers special so had to get original chicken. They forgot to give me the mashed potatoes in the order. Called to complain and they said they could not do anything without the receipt which they did not put in my food bag. Not going back ever again.

I always feel pressured to order quickly here. I usually go with the same thing beacause they just stare at you until you order. Before i can even fill my soda the food is ready.....how is that? Mac n cheese can be runny sometimes. Overall its ok for a cheap quick meal.

This is the wrost place I ever been. Very rude employees didnt even get what I ordered. Then when I got the food the chicken was so dry I had to soak it with gravy but if you do see this do not go here this is the worst place cashier was so rude

Ordered two 9 chicken tenders boxes and got 6 on one box and 7 on the other box. They also charged $2.25 for each the Georgia and Tennessee sauces but never was mentioned when I was paying. Also I never received a receipt.

The staff at this particular KFC have always been very courteous and helpful. The food is typically fresh, though KFC only gets so good. Still, nice when youre hungry and dont want to break the bank.

Store was filthy with stains on the floor. My hot wings were rubbery and room temperature. Smells like urine near the soda machine. Will not return to this KFC
