This store is terrible. The employees are rude, careless, immature, and improperly trained. They always mess up our orders, not have the regular items we want available during the lunch or dinner hours. Different cashiers always ring up our order higher than what it should be and the prices are never the same. Im always completing the surveys and even called to raise the concerns with the manager. But nothing has improved at this store. I end up going the Fremont Blvd location which is farther away but their service is so much better and they have the items available we want at the same price every time.

Worst customer service experienced. Employees are rude and careless. I ordered 8 piece chicken. All the chicken were old, spiceless, and dry. I waited about 20 minutes for the order that was less than $15. When I asked them to cancel my order and give my money back, they told me that they cant do that. I called this restaurant and asked if I could talk to the manager, then they told me that manager was not there. I called later and that same person who answered the phone first time was pertaining to be the manager. It a ripoff.

Food was horrible !food took about 20 minutes . the mac&cheese tasted like someone poured salt in it . potato wedges were a hard dry chewy stale consistency.the extra crispy chicken was the same as always. the grilled chicken was covered in more oil & fats the the extra crispy .biscuits were very stale i do not write reviews but this food was horrible beware .

Not the best KFC. Chicken was a little dry and biscut seemed thin. Staff was pleasant and they kept it clean while i was there. They are really cramed into this space but make it work. If i would return i give minimum 3 stars. 2 stars says Ill not return.

Chickens arent fresh, the mashpotatoes and coleslaw come in tiny BOWLS, much smaller sizes then the KFC on Mowry, and the one on Fremont Blvd. I will not be coming here anymore

The food is sometimes OK. The staff is marginal. Many times they have run out of the items I want to eat. Its good to have a second choice...
