The dining room is fine... but the drive up window service was bad twice..... the first time they got the order wrong.... by the time I got home it was 10 mins to their closing time and they didnt answer the phone to tell them they screwed up.... the second time we waited almost 20 mins in line that I wanted to get out of line but couldnt because of cars behind me..... no more window service for me.

I ordered their grilled chicken and its the smallest pieces of chicken I have gotten ever at any KFC!!.......their cookies tasted stale and disgusting and their mashed potatoes looked good but tasted really bad....I love KFC but this location was really upsetting........they had nice employees though but the food quality needs to improve.

I am giving three star because of the person behind the counter was very personable however I got strips that are pretty hard they dont have the diet soda working they dont have hot sauce available while sitting in the lobby we had two people approach us asking for money or food we did help one and bought her a meal

We came to get a late night snack at 9:53PM and they told us they were closed. Clearly the sign says 10PM. There was a car in front of us as well they turned away. So the employees are turning away paying customers. Thats not good customer service to me.

Order extra crispy breast and got extra crispy hot breasts without them telling me that they were going to be hot cost me a fortune pretty much never ate any of it because burnt my mouth $20 error counter people were rude very bad experience

Dont eat there, I used to go there often even sometimes they made mistakes, but recently I had another bad experience and they didnt even apologize and made it look like thats my fault! Just need to boycott this KFC!

I was told that my card cannot be accepted. I was surprised and thought they dont accept Visa card and was told that they just dont accept Citi card!! What a surprise? Citi, to what did you owe the pleasure?

I like KFC food. It is within easy walk of 4 buses. I walked back to the place I was staying at and all my hot food was still real hot and cold cold. Nice when it works out that way.
