Wish I could select Zero stars. Went on Friday night at 9:00 pm. (An hour before closing, no original recipe, no extra crispy). Like an idiot, I go back at 8:30 pm. on Saturday (An hour and 1/2 before they close), guess what? No Extra Crispy Chicken. So, I talk to the manager, his excuse is I dont know why on Friday, and tonight people just came in and bought chicken, so we didnt cook enough. I said, its Friday night a Saturday night, dont you plan to have plan to make chicken? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Horrible planning, horrible customer service. Offed nothing, had no answers. His last piece of advise, "If you want Chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken, call first." My suggestion....go elsewhere and get what you want. Bring on Chick-fil-A and Popeyes - they actually make and sell Chicken!

Went to KFC at 9:30pm when they close at 10 and they where out of EVERYTHING. Out of Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, wedges! WTF, all they had was some dark meat chicken, mac and cheese and bicuts! AND THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME THE COLESLAW THAT I ORDERED. I mean, I asked what they did have, so they would stop saying "Were Out Of That". WTF.... Good chance I wont be going back to this KFC. AND just to say 30 minutes before close - is NOT "about to close".... Just Saying!

This place is a hit and miss. The drive through is so slow 70% of the time people order and then drive off because its not worth the 30 minutes sitting in the drive through. I have never been to an establishment where the wait time is over 10 minutes let alone the 50 minutes I stayed stuck sitting in my car. Do not visit here during typical times to eat you will be sorry.

I have had bad expirences both with food and service, this store has a lack of management. The lunchtime crew is the best and I dont have problems with them. But dinner I have had employees not know what theyre doing, not contributing, it will take 5 minutes for one of them to ask what you need at the counter.

I decided to give them a try after the last time I drove off after waiting at the drive through for 10 minutes. VERY slow service. Food was cold and soggy. Employees were rude and didnt even apologize for the long wait (and there was NO one in front of me, inside or out). I will NEVER go there again.

Everything was great except one item the barbecue chicken burger it was not eatable I asked for a change in the moment I taste it and the manager or cashier just didnt care and said thats how it taste and really I was super bad the rest was excellent thanks

The wait time is terrible.. Especially for the drive thru. The restaurant is very dirty in the inside as well. I got an immediate refund, I would never eat there or go there again.
