I ordered lunch from here at 11:30 and was told that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. the guy that was picking it up got there about 12:10 and he still had to wait 10 minutes because he was told that they were "in the spinner". When the wings finally did come out she was just going to put them in a bag and send him on his way. He had to specifically ask for the ranch and extra ranch that we ordered and forks. And then on top of it they also forgot the celery that the woman that took my order asked me about 5 times.

Worst BWW I have ever been to. Went in on a Sunday and it was NOT crowded, only three other people at the bar. The female bartender was more interested in her phone and what the other servers were doing, versus getting me another drink or even taking my food order. After twenty-one minutes and one beer, I gladly left and will never return.

I been to buffalo wild wings in Chicago and Milwaukee there wings are great !!!! Manitowoc buffalo wild wings by far is the worse I ever had half done wings no sauce on the wing taste pretty bad after 2 wings I through the rest in the garbage. Buffalo wild wings had no business in this small bankrupt town the food is horrible!!!!

Some of the wait staff could use some lessons in customer service. Sometimes I feel like Im bothering them by going there to eat. Food quality has never been an issue. Time to get your food can be longer than expected.

The food here is disgusting, its worse than Applebees (if thats possible.). I call it non-food. Ive also heard the wait staff being treated like third-class citizens by the holier-than-thou middle management.

Terrible place. Was served a beer expired by 3 months per date on the bottom of can. So i asked for a replacement and manager argued with me that those dates dont mean anything......

Clean and sanitary but the food sucks and the food takes FOREVER to come. Always busy so expect to wait for one hour or more.
