I like Buffalo Wild Wings. I do. But this location just cant seem to get it together. Whether its rude staff or order screw ups or later than stated order times. All that aside I decided to give this location a shot as its on my way home and of course, wing Tuesday. That was a mistake. The girl that answered my call for pick was alright. She was polite and took an accurate order. Thats worth a couple stars. However everything else after erases all that. I go to pick up, when its my turn the server starts going over my order and then proceeds to argue about whats on it. Turns out she skipped one and instead of admitting it, she just shrugs and says well thats all I have (upon checking everything before leaving, not actually opening boxes mind you, its all there). Now home, 20 mins away from your location we start to divvy up our order and the first one we open, (see pic below), the teriyaki, has a wing that is still half feathers. Now Ive worked in food. Sometimes this happens. And you throw that piece out at your restaurant. If it was a small little piece I could see not catching it but this is half a freakin wing. Needless to say I will most definitely not be coming back to this location and probably wont be getting wings for awhile from BWW.

Wish I could give it less than a star. Ordered a snack traditional wing with garlic parm sauce and the waitress put it in with spicy garlic sauce instead. The food runner brought it to the table and I had them take it back to correct it. The waitress then decided to add to the bill another set of snack traditional wings with the correct sauce and took off the wrong order. I was not amused at all by the fact that I would have to pay for a mistake that with just fifteen extra seconds of repeating back an order could have been corrected and the mistake would have never reached the table to begin with and I wouldnt of had to wait 10+ minutes extra while my party enjoyed their meals for my corrected meal to reach the table. When brought to the waitresses attention, she was ready to offer a free coupon for wings on my next visit and tried to explain that she had corrected in on the receipt, which made no sense since the waitress made a mistake with the order. I didnt feel like I was obligated to pay for mistaken food and so I had a manager come over and fix the bill for me. I will stick to going to Oswegos location as they are a much better staff.

Well first of all I spilled my drink and then I asked an employee to please get me a rag and he went in to the kitchen and he started talking and then I asked another employee to get me a rag and she got it quickly and then they came and they just pushed the spil to the end of the table and other employees where walking by and are Waitress walked by and she pretended that the spil was not there and then we got are food and she put the napkins and the straws in the spil so I called another employee to clean the spil and she took so long and the spil was getting big so we moved tables we were eating and the wings were so hard and we told the waitress and she said she does not like the food from there .

Horrible manager. They tell you right up front that the limit to number of beers you can have is 3. Ad should say wings, 3 Beers and sports. Been going here since store opened to watch all sporting events and all the other managers were great except the one now. Staff is complaining and customers are complaining. How would you like to come in to watch a game or god forbid 2 games and by half time of the first game you are cut off from any more beers, NO MATTER what your condition. Used to spend $200 to $300 a week here normally going 3 to 4 times a week. No more until they get a different manager. Lots of other places I can spend my money.

Service could be a little faster when ordering from the bar n dinning area to receive my food but they always make me feel at home tho I hardly visit. If I do have a complaint they always give me a coupon or free meal. Dont under why the others have a bad experience. You can always take the incorrect order for free n get ur correct order its going in the trash why not give it to someone else

We came here with a $25 certificate that we won and our total was $18.88. The manager conned my brother out of the rest of his change because it "was not credible" back in cash even though it could have been transferred onto a gift card since that is equal value. That is all I asked for and they could not reply. Staff was also very unprofessional.

Ordered on the phone for pick up, a sampler and substituted fries with onion rings and server Savannah substituted the nachos. Then cashier Whitney did NOT go over the order with us. We opened our boxes and the food was cold. This has happened more than once. If you dont want your order messed up then I do NOT recommend

B-Dubs was one of my favorite places to eat until I placed a takeout order from this restaurant last night. When I woke this morning I had a sharp stabbing feeling like glass in my stomach accompanied by the diarrhea and vomiting that is generally associated with food poisoning. I will never eat here again!

BWW has lost their footing. They dropped the best drink on their menu: huckleberry lemonade, and the televisions are cluttered with sporting events most people who might be eating there typically wouldnt care too much about. I remember when this location opened, and it simply isnt the same.

After walking in and waiting a minute, the hostess (without greeting us) plainly says..."just wanted to let you know the ticket times are 30-40 minutes because we were so busy" No other emotion. Pretty lame. We thanked her for her information and went somewhere else.

One star is very generous. Anytime I place an internet order or call in an order the wait time is always at least an additional 10 minutes. They seem to prioritize the dine in customers. They have issues getting my order correct. I would not recommend this location.

I ordered the asain zing and it hit me so fast. During my meal I sprinted to the bathroom and poop out of my anus at about 45mph. Other than that, my experience was very enjoyable. Beautiful waitresses and nice big TVs to watch teletubies

I could pull better food from the garbage, but the beer is good. Honestly, I simply cannot understand why anyone would eat here unless they were on a diet and wanted to be disgusted by what other people will put in their stomachs.

Always had great service here. The food is consistently delicious. Theres usually a wait for a table, but its a popular place. Parking may be a problem, but there really isnt much room for a parking lot to be built/expended upon.

Bad service, went to pick up my wings just now and the cashier gave me additude and threw the bag on the table causing the basket to open and half of the wings fell out in the bag. So mad, this is what happens when you hire teens.
