Yesterday, after a busy day, I was looking for a quick solution to cooking dinner. We decided to go to B. Wings. I had not tried them. My mate had, and encouraged me to try them also. I disregarded my principles of food , agreed to go and it was probably the most abominable, disgusting restaurant experience I have had. This chain is nothing but a bottom line driven concept. Flash and media. Eight + tvs in the barroom , etc….noise to create hype. Nothing to do with quality food. A real disregard for family folks looking to celebrate an occasion, and want to go out for reasonably priced food but they get junk. Please save you money! I tried the so-called boneless wings (wings being their namesake.) What arrived were several pieces of heavily breaded chunks of chix , which I do not believe were wing meat. Nothing more than reshaped KFC chicken tenders. The so called dramatic sauces they offer were poured over. The server offered bleu cheese . Sure,I love bleu cheese. Silly me . A small plastic cup came with a white dressing with a few speckles. I asked the server for the bleu cheese. She pointed out that is what is in the cup. This summary total for 10.99 arrived in a couple of whimpy paper containers. I asked for a plate to use, and the server said we don’t have plates. Finally a heavy duty bowl arrived so I could cut if I chose. I prefer this to dipping my fingers. This chains money and profits are clearly put into realistate and flash. Please evaluate where you put your money and what you put into your body. You are only making someone else rich on your dimes. Save your dimes and if you want to go out and enjoy a meal, choose a memorable occasion.

Good food, but our service this evening was far from acceptable. As a four top of regular spenders, it was not what we had hoped/expected from a bar/restaurant of this caliber. Initial greeting was ok, but simply went downhill from there. No refills on beverages until we were out for ten minutes and finally asked. Food took a long time to get, and it was not busy. What we received was good, but again, has never taken that long any other time and what we ordered were regular menu items... Not crazy modifications. No checking in to see how our food is/was nor offer any upsell or dessert later in the time we were there. It seemed as though we were the inconvenience and there was somewhere else our waitress needed to be. Sadly, this evenings experience wasnt what wed want anyone to have. Attentiveness, attitude, table interaction/acknowledgement, and overall repor do not speak volumes of a standard upheld tonight. It would not make us interested in a return visit, which is sad to say as BWW3s was a common stop for us previous.

Today (12/14/16), Buffalo Wild Wings ran a promotion regarding buying one small boneless wing, get one small boneless wing free. I called in at 8 pm to order my food and was immediately told that there was a TWO HOUR wait to receive food if we ordered it. If theres one thing this tells me its that the managers are incompetent and did not staff the restaurant for the promotion they had going on. I would have gladly spent over $60 here on an entire meal for my family, but instead we went elsewhere as there is no need to wait two hours for food that should take no more than fifteen minutes to make in the first place. In my opinion, this problem could have been avoided had management scheduled and handled the large promotion they had correctly. Poor customer service and poor planning lost them many sales tonight, Im sure.

Ordered a carry out. Received the wrong order. Called. stated I received the wrong BBQ sauce. Jim the manager stated that could not happen because they only have 1 BBQ. Wow this manager needs to read the menu. Then I was put on hold for 10 min. When JIM picked up the line again. He answered like it was a new call when I said I was still waiting he hung up on me. I called back. He then stated they did not make a mistake. I told him I would bring the food back. He said I had a bad attitude. WOW again. I get the wrong order then get hung up on. Then get told I should have a better attitude. I think this BWW needs a new manager soon.

Walked over for lunch while our car was being worked on. "Garlic" mushroom appetizer was not garlicky at all and a few of the mushrooms were still cold in the middle. Hubby ate those. His burger with boneless wings on it was mediocre. My bacon cheeseburger was dry and tasteless. Should have known when I tried to order my burger medium rare and was told all the burgers are cooked to well per their policy. Fries were decent. Service was good, but atmosphere is too hyped up and hubby and I had a chuckle when we were offered "entertainment devices" before we were seated. Doesnt anyone talk during a meal anymore?

Ordered take out, they said 10 min max wait. Waited at the bar to have a beer while I waited. Keep in mind this place was NOT BUSY AT ALL. I waited at a table in front of the bar in clear view of the bartender and so-called "waitresses" for 25 minutes for my order, and NOT ONCE did anyone ask me if I wanted to order something until after 25 minutes had gone by, and by that time my order was ready so I was infuriated to say the least. Will never give this place my business again.

I like hot food and was expecting something more than I was served. The taste was artificial and the blazin wings were weak. With all the hot peppers on the market they chose to use extracts. Would someone please fire the chef. The service was fair and the only thing I liked was the tv screens. I have been to BWW twice and those visits have been a year apart. Since I grow my own peppers and process them into sauce and dried seasonings I feel I can back up my review.

Went there for my daughters bday and the waitress was nice enough but it took way toooo long for our food to arrive and when it did my chicken was not cooked all the way on my salad. Sent it back ( no problem right) then it took way too long to get it back. I at that point just took it home , they gave me credit for the ice tea I ordered. Which was cool so I thought I wont complain and pay for the salad and eat it at home. Well it was so sucky I had to toss it

Came during off hours around 9pm on a Saturday. We were one of maybe 4 or so groups in the restaurant. My appetizer (fried pickles) was cold as well as my wings which had the worst amount of sauce on them Ive ever seen. The server brought more sauce for me but the wings should have been remade. There is no excuse for lack of sauce and cold food when the servers are sitting around socializing at a high top table.
