Placed and order on line for over $100.... paid for it and had my daughter run up to grab it before she went to work. I am in a walking boot on my right foot due to a bone out of place. The more movement stresses and can tear muscles. Waiting for surgery but have to be careful until. The order came home to be wrong and missing items. The receipt had some of order wrong and stuff just not in bags. I call up and we went over what was wrong in ordr...few times on hold and she says I will fix it and get your order started now. Ok daughter at work so I have to drive with left foot and get there. She told me she needs me to bring in the 30 tenders that where wrong...I didnt have them and she didnt tell me. She told me I can go get them and she will put the missing sauce on them. Not to cook new ones but my now cold tenders she will toss sauce on. The missing ones she did give to me. I told her I have a walking boot on ..seriously. I showed the receipt was wrong and the email confirming my order was right so she needs to to the 30 tenders right. She said I am sorry but all I can do then is give you sauce and you do it yourself. What a joke..... I will never order wing stop again!

It seems like that one bad worker that was there is gone. Im glad if thats the case, cuz he was a d**k. Anyway, i used to have bad experiences here but the last two times I came seemed to have new workers. and both times I had great experiences and for the first time in a long while I felt like they werent doing me a favor. that presumably "former" worker made it seem like he was giving me wings for free. anyway, I love it. Prices are high but thats not this locations fault so dont get mad at them for it.

Horrible just horrible... I placed an order ahead of time and was told 10 minutes...i got there in 12 and waited another 20 minutes as I watch them make a good 5 other orders...as well one of the employees was eating his wings and slobbering all over his fingers while cooking other peoples wings...I will now be throwing out the wings and never returning there again...i love wingstop just want to let people know what to expect from this location

Horrible service. I had a 40 dollar order and got back to the hospital w my family and was missing a while 10 pc. Combo meal. They guy Willie promised to take care of it. Now its a month later and I still havent gotten my order replaced or money credit to me. I spend good here and now Im considering NEVER going again. Carol stream manager Brittany I think she is really really horrible

Gotta admit there are my favorite wings, and Ive tried a LOT of places: BWW, bars, Wing Zone, homemade, grocery store, any and ery restaurant that serves them. Im a buffalo wings sucker. I love then just hit enough to wake me up but not knock me out. The fries are good, but the cheese sauce is the best.

Nothing. Nothing at all! The cashier was concerned about my weight. If you ever run into her, her name is Saule. She has blonde hair and has her nose pierced. I asked for a Jarrito, and she said I think thats enough for you, dont you think?.... I hated Wingstop and Saule very much! Terrrible place!

Worst. Wingstop. Ever. After I finished my Arizona, I asked for another and she said "No, Im not giving you another one." Im guessing she was telling me I was fat and I was highly offended. If you get easily offended, dont go to this wingstop. Never eating here again.

The food is great with the great flavor on the wings with thick fries and traditional wings are amazing. Though some of the food is a little spicy its still amazing. Fast service and good for a quick bite. The food is also inexpensive.

I have cravings for wings. I hate there saucey wings . I like the crunchy wings. The staff i talked to are nice. SIDE NOTE: i order my wings from the phone so i dont wait. So i dont talk to them a lot just mostly on the phone.

We have been going here since they opened. The wings are good but their season fries and ranch dressing are what really shine here. Decent selection of sauces. Always hot, fresh, and friendly faces.

Their service sucks. I had a 7:15pm pick up scheduled and didnt get my wings untill 7:40pm. The wings are small and sometimes dry. All around garbage. Go to the wingstop in Northlake instead.
