If I could give a half star I would. VERY rude servers that act like you are a nuisance to them. I misunderstood hostess when I motioned that we were going to sit in the back bar area. I thought she said go ahead and be seated. To my surprise she walked all the way from the front door a few minutes after we were sitting to just "Let me know that she said that THEY seat us I the bar area". I asked if we needed to move and she said no that she just wanted to let me know. She had to go out of her way to prove a point when the outcome didnt even matter? RUDE. Almost walked out but our waitress had already gruffly approached us by then. Never going back. The wings were cold, stale And awful. Made everyone in our party feel sick about an hour later. Awful!

**EDIT** BBWs has sent me a letter with their sincerest apologies. I still dont like their french fries but you cannot hit a homerun every time! Their cheeseburger slammers are still my favorite. I will definately be returning for lunch soon. Ordered food to go at the Grand Chute, WI location on College Ave.... Got our food back to the office and I am missing onion rings... but they remembered the onion ring sauce. No ketchup on the side like I asked for. Only received 6 of the 8 wings I ordered. Soooooooooooo I call there to complain and their solution is to refund me a $1.66 for the missing onion rings. BUTTTTTTTT have no fear! I get to keep their AWFUL, LIMP french fries that I did NOT order. Thanks B-Dubs!

The hostesses were very nice and welcoming! Since we had to wait 10 minutes for a table to be cleared by the time we got a server, happy hour was over. They credited my drink for the happy hour price but not my husbands and apparently the manager said that next time they wouldnt be willing to do that. Our server was a little pushy with our order but was nice overall. When our wings came we had to flag down a hostess to grab some napkins and plates. The food was good as always! Just a little touching up needed here but all in all a great atmosphere. Love going here with the kids because it is so loud in there and no one minds the kids loudness - totally a plus with little ones!

As usual, the wings are really good. Considering that theyre all pre-breaded and mixed and just need to go into a deep fryer with a timer its pretty hard to screw that up. Last time I went I tried to order one of their drink specials, and they claimed they were out of it. When I asked if they were out of Jameson our waiter didnt know what Jameson was (???). So I ordered a Dos Equis and the lime in it and the lime they gave me was rotten. I understand mistakes are made, and although the food is always good the service and attention to detail is pretty lacking

Good place to hang out and watch a game while in town for business. Wings are good. Can be crowded at times. One thing I dont like is they allow solicitation in the building. The past two times I have been there , while eating at the bar I have been hit up by kids selling bracelets or ribbons for organizations I have never heard of. I dont want to be rude to little kids but this is unacceptable to me as a customer to see a kid in the bar section alone asking complete strangers for donations.

Super dissatisfied with the service this trip to BWW. It wasnt busy but our server Carrie seemed busy doing something other than serving us. Took forever to get our order taken. We finished app and waited for her to come back and take our regular food order . Had to ask for more drinks when ours ran out. After we were done eating we had to track her down for the check. Overall pretty awkward experience. Food was good as usual

Always a pleasure ordering wings. Amazing flavors. Managers have been helpful. Whenever I have order mistakes, which has only happened once, they came through and offered gift certificates for free wings. I didnt even have to stop in and pick them up. They were convienent enough to send them in the mail. Definitely my number one choice for wings. Great customer service and a friendly enviroment that welcomes all guests.

Great food an staff except for one bar tender we came in contact with. We asked the staff an they knew right away who we were talking about.They said her name was Esabel. Supper rude when asking simple questions an very short tempered with everything we said. Was more focused on making herself "desert drinks" an food vs serving her custumers. Crazy rude an will not be going back there anytime soon.

Once we were seated, we waited just over 10 minutes and no waitress ever came around to us. This was around 4:30 and wasnt even close to being busy, lots of open seats yet. All young kids standing around talking... Pathetic work ethic. We just got up and left. The two hostesses never even said anything as we walked by. Never going back to this location.

There were many options and the wings were amazing per usual. I was quite saddened when they stopped doing the half off traditional wings on Tuesdays but still good nonetheless. The wait time was excruciating, every time a waitress came through the door, i would expect it to be ours but its not. The wings are amazing every time so no complaints here.

Boneless Wings at times are hit and miss. Sometimes they are big and juicy other times they are a little dried out and too crunchy. Bummed that my favorite sauce is gone. And our kid how hates their "Mac and cheese". It tastes more like a thicker alfredo sauce.

Overall very disappointing experience. Waited over 35 minutes for our wings to come out. Several messy tables and unclean floor. Waitress just left us. Seemed to be plenty of staff on, just lacked direction and standards. Better places to go for wings.

We are very good lunch customers and always need to ask for extra sauce on wings as they are so dry. When they are asked to be extra wet there are many that are half dry! If you like lots of sauce on your wings this is not the place to go.

Only issue was with the location of outside eating and customers smoking. Customer walked all the way around to outside the fence and stood right next to his table and smoked - literally 1 foot from where he was before.

I couldnt get my burger med rare so I didnt enjoy that, the honey mustard had bourbon in it and it was gross, so I ate the ketchup and that was blah and disgusting. I left hungry. My service was great.

Not impressed at all. The atmosphere and 50 TVs blasting at once (Hard to have a conversation at your own table)...the food is pricey....can get better wings at KFC. Not a fan and wont return!

Very poor, very long, slow service with well below quality food. Items missing, no plates, not enough silverware etc etc. Rude waitress as well. Id stead clear and find another place to go.
