went on a night that was not busy at all, with less than 10 tables occupied. we were a group of 6, four adults and two children. roughly 8:30 when we arrived. we were sat down right away, so good so far. we were told someone will be with us shortly. 20 MINUTES LATER someone finally brought us water, and told us someone else will come take our order shortly. not long after a young couple came in and sat at the table next to us, and were offered their glass of water right away. about 10 minutes later someone tended to the couple and took their order while we still waited.. about 30 minutes later at 9:20 as i checked my phone, someone finally came to take our order, which by that time weve finished our water and needed refills already, meanwhile the couple next to us were already served their order. we waited... and waited..... and waited...... some time around 9:50 our order finally came, and just as we were about to start munching, that couple next to us got up to pay their bill and leave - their time: roughly an hour...... our time: hour and a half JUST TO GET FOOD. we expected a quick bite, got a 2-hour stay. definitely not satisfied with this places wait time for us, especially on a non-busy evening with only a few tables to serve. ive been to locations that are packed and still served our food in reasonable amount of time. this location is ridiculous

Location off of Calumet St closes at 11pm. I call at 10:31 wanting to place an order for wings, Whoever answered the phone (Tiana) I believe was her name put me on hold after I had asked to place an order for roughly 2 min, Not a Big deal... Amanda, I believe was the name of the 2nd Girl who picked up the phone as I had asked to place a to-go order... Her reply was, " we dont take orders past 10:30pm" I mentioned to her I was legit, about 1 mile away for pick up and that it was 10:32pm, and her snotty reply was" Well my clock here sais 10:36pm"... I just about flipped on her..... but I kept my cool... It was 2 min past 10:30pm and you cant take an order?! I would have understood if it was 2 min till Close... But 2 min after 10:30pm is disrespectful to the Co. as well as me.... She (Amanda) was very rude with her reply....Reason why I am giving a review.. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY!!! Whatever happen to -Customers are always right-??

Took over an hour to get wings and fries. Had manager Beth to come over since some food was still cold after waiting an hour for the food. We were trying to understand what went wrong with our order and just wanted a sorry..., but instead Beth just comped our food and asked us when we were done just to leave. So we all stopped eating in the middle of our meal and left. We did leave a $20 for the bartender for tip. Funny part was bartender was saying sorry behind the managers back... Beth surly is not manager material. I will never go back there and doubt I will go back to another BW3 again. First time ever being asked to leave an restaurant due to bad service. If the order was going to take longer than normal the staff should of gave us an heads up.

Used to work at this location and thought it would be okay for a friend and myself to come and eat and relax. Evidently, my patronage is not accepted there as most of my old coworkers and bosses were somewhat hostile. Also, they forgot to ring in our appetizer and brought it out after our entrees. When i worked there, they always took the late appetizer off the bill. Evidently, since they view me as an exemployee rather than a paying customer, I didnt get that luxery. Dont order the limited time garlic fries as an appetizer, they are way overseasoned and not worth the money!!

I just picked up my order from this location. Yep, this is why I do not order from this location. They always forget something and charge you for it. The food is okay but the service and orders, are always wrong. Thanks for confirming that you hired the wrong people and that you dont care for your customers. You make the Bdubs brand look terrible. We wont order from your location again because we already know we will be disappointed. Id rather drive across town to make sure I get what I want.

Love the food especially on traditional Tuesday where wings are only .60$ however the SERVICE is terrible specifically one waitress named "JoLee". Every Tuesday we come she is our server and every Tuesday she either "messes" up, is rude, or in the case last time decided to steal. Last Tuesday when we paid we paid part in cash and the other on the card, she decided to pocket the cash and put it all on the card, costing me an extra 15$. cant say i was very pleased

The food is pretty good, albeit overpriced. However, the service is where Ive discovered some real blunders. They always seem to forget something when they bring you your food. Its not a big deal if youre dining in, but I recently called in an order for pick up and when I arrived they didnt have it and claimed there was no order entered for me. The manager just shrugged his shoulders. Disappointing.

Called 3 weeks ago and scheduled a Fantasy football draft party. They told me it would be no problem and that the evening was open. I verified the phone number that I called the correct Buffalo Wild Wings. When we arrived they had no written record of the event. We ended up having to make last minute changes to make our event work. Very dis-organized.

Talk about horrible customer service! I keep thinking Ill give this bdubs another chance to prove me wrong but every single time I end up waiting FOREVER either to order or once the order is in for the food. Its not like its even very busy when I go! I recommend getting take out unless you want to waste your time and get treated like garbage.

Literally sitting here writing a review after waiting for our food for over an hour, now being ignored by our waitress as we attempt to get our check so we can leave. But she keeps passing us by even after shouting to get her attention and continues to do so for the past 45 min. Probably wont be coming back to this location.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a franchise. With that being said, you can definitely find some that are better than others. This location is one of the better BW3s I have been to. They have an above average amount of tvs and the food tasted to be made fresh. They have free tablet games for kids, and nice outdoor seating.

Tried to have a team meal (party of 18) on a Sunday to watch a special game on TV. Couldnt make a reservation in advance. They wouldnt seat our group together even though the restaurant was largely empty. They would not turn the sound on for the game we wanted to watch. The manager was rude.

Ordered a Togo a few months back, they forgot the wings. I called when I got home and realized it and they sent me a coupon for $5 of $25. So basically I had to spend more money and still never recieved the wings that I paid for.
