6 of us were there Saturday mid afternoon. Dont remember our servers name because he never introduced himself but I can describe him. White, spacers in his ears, bad haircut and no personality. He wasnt friendly at all. Our order seemed to be taking quite some time to come out so I asked Mr. Personality about it. His comment was, "well, I dont know, theyre really busy and theres a lot of tickets back there" Not, Im sorry its taking so long, let me check. Had to ask for refills (which you shouldnt have to in a restaurant that servers hot sauces) and we were right next to the drink dispensers, so it wouldnt have taken a whole lot of effort. Food was fair at best. The fries with cheese had been sitting so long that the cheese was like a brick. When it came time for the check, Mr. Personality ran our cards, laid them on the table and just walked away. No thank you. No how was everything. No please come back. Just walked away. I did give him a tip, more than I should have for his pitiful service. Dont plan on going back. AND if you are a concealed carry permit holder, theres a sign on the door. Youre not welcome. Just another reason I will not be back.

Food is good. However, to the guy who didnt get a tip just now, had you been the SLIGHTEST BIT NICE, you WOULD have gotten a tip. Yes, I understand it was 15 minutes until close. However, for whatever reason, you cannot make an order to go via phone. We would have if we could. We sat down as we were directed as we came in at the bar. You told us, last call had already been made. I stated I just wanted some nachos with extra queso to go. You said okay. Well we got them with barely any queso. So you acted like it was a big to do to get some more queso. Yes, I understand you DEPEND on tips, but I also depend on at least decent service. So, I am sorry we just wanted a togo order, I wish it could have been earlier in the night as I hate to come in so close to close.

Buyer beware. The managers of this store really do NOT care about whether or not you enjoy your food or have good service. They want your money and as long as people keep coming in, theyll continue to rake it in. Eventually, theyll reap what they sow. But since theyre basically the "only game in town" when it comes to their brand, folks will overlook the small things like servers who never come back to refill your glass or a kitchen that sends out cold food or wings that are so small youd get more meat from your own pinky finger. The experience isnt worth what you pay. I reserve trips to BWWs for when were traveling....I know Ill have better luch somewhere else.

Food was awesome, very poor service though. Our waitress had multiple table and was busy, but still, she took our order, and right after someone else brought the food, she walked by and asked if everything was good, didnt see her again till we asked for the ticket. I may be wrong but when Im eating hot wings, I like drink refills....

Food is great but whomever is in control of the TV / music volume is EXTREMELY rude. They always crank up the sound to coax remaining customers out AN HOUR before close. As a paying customer and a server at another restaurant that welcomes sitting and enjoying yourself, this is unacceptable. But happens every time.

Slow service , had to place empty glasses at end of tables just to get rrefills. The waiter did not hardly check on us and it was 3 pm so not busy time. I also asked for to go trays and he brought one for 3 people. I asked another waitress for one and so small the food didnt fit. I will not be going back.

Just now left. Sat and waited for 15-20 and no one even took our drink order. Two tables on either side of us had ordered and already received their food and got refills while we were completely overlooked.

Went to watch the national soccer game. There were too many Gang members in there had to get the heck out ! Quick! They did not like a Hispanic male or Beaner like me in there! WoW! Close call.

The food is great, but I always get it to go. The team leader on some nights isnt that fantastic. And when the leadership isnt top notch, it leaves room for error and bad attitudes to spread.

Simple good fast food, great service. Suggest adding back numbers to the boneless menu. Medium size and medium sauce seems to confuse the staff. Overall good experience.

Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Those habanero mango wings will set off smoke alarms yummy. Burgers are awesome for those who dont wings. My whole family was happy.

Great food! Friendly fast service. They are survey the crowd constantly. If their televisions are to loud someone will readjust the volume. Its very family oriented.
