Wings were way over-priced, and some of the smallest wings I have ever seen. Sauces were decent, but service was terrible. I ordered at a non-peak time, showed up 5 minutes after my estimated carryout time, and still had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order. I was able to stand and watch as the staff prepared my order seemingly without a care in the world about timeliness. Staff was also a bit rude. Not a great way to start a new store like this. I definitely will not go back and would recommend to others to visit one of the local grocery stores to get much better wings for less money.

I ordered few times from there and the wings are just getting saltier and saltier. It is only worth it on Monday or Tuesday when they have $0.60 wings. Last night the wings were so salty I drank 2 gallons of water after eating them. If you are watching your sodium intake I am not recommending this place. Garlic Parmesan wings were pretty tasty but the SALT was killing it. The HOT wings were so SALTY you couldnt eat them. If you dine here, be prepared to drink a lot of water afterwards and feel hangover the next day after all THE SALT.

Been a regular at the Wing Stop in Palatine. A hidden gem because of the location. Great service, good food - fresh and plenty of options. The two guys working the shop are very friendly and efficient. The store small and is always clean. Reasonable price for the amount of food you get. Would be great if they take over the whole space for more tables... and maybe a bar. Check it out.

The restaurant has been opened for about a month. The food they serve is delicious and more than acceptable, the only problem is actually ordering. The online site doesnt work 3/4 of the time, and when you call to place an order, you will be on hold for more than 3 minutes and they get hung up on. Overall, I would give it a 3/5 stars for a review as of now.

Love Wingstop hate this location. Ordered here 3 times and the food is always fantastic, Ive just never been a fan of how they manage substitutions when Im spending $50 bucks and would rather have 4 rolls rather than the veggies and sauces. Its why I drive to Mundelein instead of spending anymore money here

Honestly the worst wings I have ever had! Super small and very very dry! There is no meat on them. The fries was super greasy and very dark, probably oil hasnt been changed forever! Very disappointed! Wasted my cheat meal on this.

The staff yesterday evening was friendly which was my first impression. The wings and fries were just done right. I prefer them to be extra crispy and as requested they did not disappoint. Keep up the great work!!!

Wow! great wings. I tried the lemon pepper and hickory smoke bbq boneless wings, both were really good. They have specials on mondays and tuesday, so definitely a must go on those days.
