Usually I love Red Robin, but tonight was not a good representation at all. Our server was silent almost on every encounter, and practically threw our drinks and food down, just to turn to leave.. always forgetting something each time. the manager stopped by to bring items forgotten on the burger, saying sorry its busy. The place was crowded being a Friday night, We could tell our food sat for at least ten minutes before we received it. So the food was cold. We did not complain, we tipped, and we left disappointed. But my daughter still loves the atmosphere, balloons and chalk boards but worst for Ive had in a long time for the price.

My mother and I took my daughter and her boyfriend there last night for her 21st birthday and had a horrible experience. My 2 stars is 1 for the server and 1 for the food. There was a family there who were letting their 2 kids run around and climb all over, bump into customers and the servers. Not one person told the children to behave. My daughters boyfriend took it upon himself to say something as we were leaving. The man came after us swearing, which angered my daughter who got in his face. Another server had the audacity to tell us to knock it off. The manager stood by and did nothing. Will never go there again.

I thought this place would smell like poop and pee. No this place smells farts and burps. I went here with my friend after olive garden turned us away because of our weight. As I walked in I was greeted by a gentlemen who was high on some sort of narcotic. After sitting down, a lost goat ran by. After ordering my pretzells a six year old ran by and stole them. My friend ran after him and slapped him with Red Robbins signature all beef patty. The child then threw up. Dont be that guy, I was that guy, all i did was drink and smoke, dont be that guy. 5/5 would chris harren again.

Red Robin gets kudos for honoring veterans with a free Pub Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries. As a veteran, I dont expect establishments to do this but it is nice when it happens. We went on Veterans Day and had an exceptional waiter. He is going to school and working to pay the bills. He had such a friendly and outgoing manner. We enjoyed visiting with him. The burgers at Red Robin are always great. They are a really good tasting sandwich.

The food is consistent and solidly ok. Management on the other hand is terrible. We called ahead for our party of 11. They dont take reservations. No big deal. We get there and they say itll be a few minutes. 40 mins later we took 2 separate tables since we still werent sat and we had crying hungry kids. Dont wait if there is a line. Dont come here with a group.

I love going to RR for lunch and dinner. The management there (particularly the mexican fellow) is very nice. He told me about new gluten free options! All the servers there have been wonderful and I never have to wait very long for my food if Im taking it to go, either. They always offer a refill of fries too, if youre taking it to go.

Great tasting food and great family atmosphere. Although the menu became a bit more complex, still has the old favorites. There is some outdoor seating which is nice, but would be better as a screened in patio area due to sun and bugs. Staff is attentive and pleasant. Cant go wrong eating here.

Still love the food here, but the management and the cooks have gone quite down hill. Last several times we have been in there I am quite sure the waitress has gotten the order correct, but does not come out the way it was ordered. Waited over 35 for food last time. Gone to Chilis

I love this location specifically because its not as high traffic as other RR locations. The service is always excellent and the ingredients always taste fresh and food is served hot. Other high traffic RR locations seem to have a hard time keeping up with service.

Really slow service. 30 minutes to get our food. 10 minutes for refills. There seems to be no teamwork. Pressed the "call server" button and other servers walked by, looked and kept going. Even though the food was fair, we will not be back. Not worth the time.

Burgers were decent wait staff could be better. They offer endless fries with your dinner. Didnt see the waitress until everyone had finished their meal. Had to ask her for a refill on my drink. Again after I already finished my meal

They are the best burgers that you can have, plus they come with bottomless steak fries. What else you can ask? It gets too crowd some times, up to the point that you cant have a decent conversation at your table.

Disappointed, I used to love Red Robin. Server was fair, but the plates they brought our food on were disgusting. The bathrooms were worse, dining room was a pigsty. Felt sick afterwards never going there again.

Not the place to go if you like to eat healthy food. If you like to fill up on burgers and fries, this is your place! Root beer float was warm, and the "ice cream" was soupy. Also very noisy, but to be expected.

Great staff and fun, enjoyable atmosphere. Parking can be challenging so carpool if possible. Stranger bought our meal, elderly mom and 2 adult daughters. Paying it forward in near future. Thank you kind sir!!

Great food and staff. This place tends to attract families with kids. If youre looking for a quiet meal, go somewhere else. But if you dont mind kids being kids... Youll enjoy everything else.
