This place makes bad pizzas. No kidding. The first time I got a slightly burned pizza and I thought OH WELL, IT HAPPENS. We ate as much as we could of that pizza and had to throw out the rest (and I normally very against of wasting food). Then I went to a different Pizza Hut closer to my work and was surprised how tasty their pizza was (at Fox Lake location). Just yesterday I was passing by Lake Geneva and felt like eating pizza. I was a little cautios still remembering that burned pizza but I was super hungry... So... this time pizza dough wasnt burned, but pizza tasted bad once again!!! Unbelievable! Greasy, cheese on top was overcooked and started to turn light brown and hard, minimum of tomato sause. The only 2 toppings Ive chosen were mushrooms and pineapples (no meat). Considering that those two are pretty cheap ingredients, I believe they should of been more generous. I cant believe how stingy they are. There were only few mushrooms and barely any pineapples. I am not trying to be mean, but to have two bad tasting pizzas in a row is unreal. Every single time I was unhappy eating it.

We had an awesome waitress named Toni! The owner better watch out because that girl should be working in a higher end place or customer service. Im normally not a big fan of Pizza Hut pizza, but the new pizzas they are offering with different types of toppings and sauces and the cheese covered crust. Very good! The dinning area was refreshed and clean, there was several families there with children and the Toni was very wonderful to my daughter and congrats her on her Book It reading certificate she had received and gave her a special gift. I will surely go back there again.

Very bad place to go! My friends and I went and the waitress spilled the drinks on us. Then another employee comes and assumes we knocked them out of her hands. Then another employee comes and tells us to get the f**k out. We were trying to explain to them that we didnt do anything that the waitress spilled them on accident her self. So I recommend if your craving some pizza go to a Pizza Hut not in lake Geneva or go to a different pizza place!

ZERO STARS!!! Ordered $100 of food. They forgot 2 items. When we called to just get a refund, the manager Kelly said shes too busy to handle it now and to call back later then HUNG UP ON ME. When I called back and asked to please refund me now, she repeated herself and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. What happened to customer service?? Especially when THEY messed up? Sad. There must be a reason Kelly is a manager at pizza hut.

Not enough staff working, two cooks and a delivery person. One cook took the waitress job, took our order, entered it into the computer. After waiting a half hour she told us they werent using the computer and had just told the cook of our order, another 25 minutes and we got our food as the place started to fill up.

I called and ordered a pizza for pick up and I just wanna say the overall experience on the phone call was outstanding. The lady answering my call was very helpful walked me through my order. And was very happy to help. Once I went to pick up my pizza I was welcomed with a smile and everyone was very friendly.

Ordered with the app, scheduled pick up so I could just swing by on my way home from work. I walked in the door at the time the app said the order would be ready. I was told it would be a couple of minutes, 15 minutes later I received under cooked doughy pizzas and bread sticks with ice cold marinara sauce.

Did not like there delivery at all!!! Ordered a pizza and did not receive it and hour and a half later!!! And on top of the when I called to check on it one of the workers was talking back to me!!! Did not like there service at all!! Very disappointed!!!!!
