Awful/Pitiful customer service Cashier dropped my 7 year old sons blizzard on floor in process of handing it to him--and then stated since HE dropped it they wouldnt replace it. Didnt even offer him a new spoon. What kind of an establishment does this? In her rush to hand off 3 blizzards to members of our family (without a tray???) she hands him his first, without making sure he has a handle on it and inadvertently pulls back on the top in her rush to hand off the other 2 blizzards. I can understand accidents happening, but then refusing to replace a childs blizzard that she was responsible for falling on the nasty DQ floor? Hes 7?!?! Think of how he felt afterwards. Some family establishment. Complained to the lead, who then says the same thing. Had to demand a replacement, which of course was granted with extreme reservation and ended up being only 2/3 full . Then told they cant issue the managers name or contact info? REALLY? Last time my family ever goes to this place, seriously concerned since it appears to be run by teenagers who have no concern about customer service, Im appalled.

Purchased 3 peanut buster parfaits 2/20/2017 at 4:42 PM for $15.27 with tax. Service was quick. Counter help was very professional and polite. My issue is with the size of these Peanut Buster Parfait cups and the product quantity. The cups seem to be smaller every year since about 2007 and the amount of ice cream increasingly less. This is the amount of ice cream placed in the cup. I will not be going back to this store - ever.

I ordered 4 blizzards, two came back correct while the other two (which were the same flavor and a bit more expensive) came out missing the add ins. Too bad I had already gotten home before realizing this.

It can take a while to get your burgers made while going through the the drive- tru sometimes but they do always taste great.
