Really the best service Ive had anywhere. I never would have expected this out of a chain restaurant, but every single staff member goes out of their way to make your meal perfect. My youngest kid is addicted to the kids mac n cheese here, and he can empty a bowl of it in about 30 seconds. The standard speed of the free refills (5 min) is too slow for him. Ive offered to buy an adult-sized bowl of kids mac n cheese for him, but the waiters wont let me - they just make sure they get several refills ready in advance, and bring them to him as fast ad he can empty them. Not only that, every waiter weve had there has remembered on subsequent visits that this is the kid who is going to need 5 bowls of mac n cheese in 10 minutes or less. Ive tried just about everything on the menu at this point, and there was really only one dish that wasnt that great - the menu is a good balance of familiar and innovative, heavy pub food and lighter fare.

It had been at least 3 years since Ive been to this place and my family decided we would give it another shot. I dont have any complaints about the waitress but the management must not know how to run the place. We were surrounded by dirty tables our entire meal. It was 45 min after we got there that the empty tables were bussed and who knows how long it sat like that before we arrived. It was disgusting. Then of course the people next to us left and their table was left a gross mess the remainder of our meal. It wouldnt have bothered me as bad if the flies werent so awful. Swatting flies away from your meal the whole time is not ideal. So gross. Not to mention my daughters grilled cheese what completely black on the bottom. Like we wouldnt have noticed?? Will I go back? Not a chance. They probably wouldnt even be open if they werent so close to the interstate.

We enjoy Red Robin for a good burger and fries or onion rings. Stopped in Eau Claire, WI recently. I had a whiskey burger with onion rings, no pink. The burger was as I ordered it and retained good moisture and flavor. Not dry or over cooked. A nice bourbon sauce with the toppings I asked for. The onion rings were excellent. Crispy and sweet batter. Had raspberry tea. Just what I needed after the long drive from Chicago. Service was nice and quick. I like that I can pay on their tablet and leave without coordinating with the waitress. Table and booth were clean which is critical to me.

Terrible service, long wait times just to get the food. Highly priced. Took over 5 minutes even to have a server come and greet us and then another 5-8 just to get our drinks. That was the last we saw of her until our check was delivered. Had to ask manager passing by for drink refill and more fries. Even the manager took forever. LAME. The burger and fries were good when we actually got them, but probably will never go back unless we receive a giftcard or something. Oh, and by the way...this happened all 3 times that we have visited this place.

I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Burger with a side of broccoli. The burger was delicious, cooked medium for good flavor. The broccoli was also pretty good, a little too crunchy for me though. Finished with a Cookie Magic milkshake: a chocolate shake with Oreo pieces topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. It was very good. I would give the place 4/5 points for cleanliness. The restrooms were also pretty clean although they felt grungy. The staff was friendly and helpful. 5/5 stars for a very good dining experience.

Some of the worst food and the worst service I have ever experienced. I could hear the management yelling at the staff behind the thin divider that separates the cook line from the dining room, and their drinks were horribly overpriced. Took forever to get a refill on my fries, which is supposed to be their big thing, "bottomless steak fries what they dont tell you is it takes over ten minutes to get a refill, so unless you want to spend over an hour there just eating fries forget it!

Sadly, like a lot of sitdown type resaturants these days, the food is okay to good but they really need to get theyre act together on service. If, as a manager or server, you feel it is necessary to comp me a portion of my meal due to some issue then youve got a problem. I appreciate the discount but it happens so often it just starts to get old. I would just like to enjoy a problem free dinner.

Meh. They serve beer and burgers primarily. Theyre no longer serving wine, and their spirited drinks are entirely too expensive. Their burgers are nothing to write home about, but priced as if theyre fabulous. They are quick to point out you get bottomless fries. Um, no, that wont justify overpricing. Really folks, save yourselves some money, try another burger joint.

Expensive for what you get. Service took VERY long to just take our order. It was about 50 minutes from the time we sat down to when we got our food at around 1 in the afternoon which is unacceptable for me from a chain restaurant. Server also was unable to answer basic questions about their food such as what the garden burger or the vegatarian option was.

Great burger spot. Large portions make this a real "bang for your buck." An updated, modern interior make for a pleasant dining experience. The best of both worlds- televisions around the restaurant give it a sports bar feel while still being family friendly and oriented. The wait staff is courteous and accommodating of large groups as well.

Service was good and attentive. food was super salty. Dining area had that "we do a good job of wiping stuff down all the time but no one has deep cleaned anything in a long time" feel. Menu has lots of burger options for sure. Malt was tasty. Cold french fries. For the money there are equal or possibly better options nearby

Brought our twin 3 yr old son, was a good place for kids and still get a beer! Would like to be effective more local crafts on the menu, but appreciated that they had fat tire and guiness. Burgers were excellent and value was good. Service was a little slow and they forgot to give us napkins and silverware but otherwise good

Probably the worst experience I have ever had in a reasturant,first we sat for 15 minutes before we got helped,now we have been sitting for 30 minutes after we were done eating,the Waiter has walked buy multiple times and never stopped,this will be the last time going to red Robin good luck cause your gonna need it!!!!!

These burgers are incredible ! With the bottomless steak fries, there is plenty of food. Awesome food. Our server, Will, was great and gave a excellent recommendation for a burger choice. If you havent been here, and I find it hard to believe you havent, you gotta get here and have a great burger.

Red Robin is a burger place with endless fries and creative entrees. I loved my burger, which had a fried egg and bacon on top, and fries, which had unlimited different sauces to try! I recommend the Red Robin Special Sauce, which is similar to a thousand island sauce!
