I periodically forgot not to go here. Its the slowest "fast food" restaurant Ive ever gone to. If you are in a hurry, go anywhere else. If you want great food, you can save time by going to a sit-down restaurant. They could be fast. I saw them put a burger in the bin just seconds after I ordered. I wasnt certain that it was the burger I ordered, but it was. I stared at it for longer than 5 minutes before they handed it to me. It was the only thing I ordered, and they stood around doing very little for 5 minutes. Drive-thru often leads to me driving off before I order because it can easily take 8 minutes to advance about one car-length. If you are in a hurry and use drive-thru, make sure you use the outer lane so you can drive off if it takes too long. Ive been stuck in the inner lane, waiting to advance far enough to leave to get where Im going on time...and eat elsewhere later. The average wait time at this location is the worst of any fast-food restaurant Ive ever eaten at, and it exceeds the duration Ive waited at some sit-down restaurants. The quality is fine, but if they take as long as a sit-down restaurant, then I will judge them as if they are not a fast-food restaurant.

Went in for a quick lunch. Walking in what appeared to be the manager was hugging on the girl working the counter. After getting our food found ice machine empty, ketchup dispenser empty, floor around that area was sticky and most of tables were dirty. Watched as four employees including the manager stood around talking. As we left noticed several dead bugs smashed on the floor by the door. Would not suggest this place to anyone. It was very unclean.

Food gets done correctly but they keep forgetting parts of your order. I went back to get missing items and the kept forgetting other peoples orders as well then was complaining about it.... Really? Get your act together and do it right the first time maybe you wouldnt have this problem. This why Places are going with computers to take orders.

I went there around 1030pm last night ordered a woper combo the sandwich must have been sitting in the warmer for hrs the bread was stale on the outside and soggy on the inside and the vegtebals were wilted DISGUSTING i cant believe they served it tried to call today and "number is out of service"

The indian manager was very rude and yells at employees whem he is standing around doing nothing. A guy came in and waited 10 minutes at the feont while the manager was standing there and when the guy finally got service he said the mamager was being rude and the manager just told him to leave

Swell....I mainly have problems with the influx of other people who go in to order...those poor workers...forced to deal with these people whos IQs are often sub human. Im fairly certain the majority have never even worked fast food. Meaning there opinions are considered trash from the start.

Typical fast food place but with clean restrooms! Food was good for the value I just wish their value menu had a few more items but otherwise it was OK. Dining area was a little too cold though. People come in during winter to eat in a warm place not for the ambiance.

I like their burgers and they even have vegetation ones. But sometimes the experience is awkward. I once wanted to order just a burger and a guy kept asking if I wanted anything else. Plus drive thru can be busy on some days.

Service and food were great. My only complaint is that there was a worker off the clock standing were people pick up their orders talking to employees that were trying to work so it was hard to get around her.
