I can admit. When I use the drive through, I wait for around 3-5 minutes. But, only once in a while. I go to this location at least 2-4 times a every couple months and the food has been good. Fries have been golden brown and fried to a nice crisp. The burgers are pretty decent and they are usually generous with toppings. I usually go early evening. I suggest dine in. Burger King is a place that consistently goes through employees therefore someone new is behind the counter and may have better customer service than others in previous years. I went to the other BK on golf, and I had a worse experience than this location.

Really people need to get your head out of your Ass here. It is getting sickening. You are constantly messing up orders. Well I didnt bring the food back today, but several times I have had to turn around and get the correct order I am so done with this Place and I will spread the Word. Also watched an employee take out garbage from the bathroom and walk through the Kitchen Quite disgusting if you ask me. They should never walk garbage through the food area from the bathroom. Puke. ... Either hire new employees that can follow directions or close your doors. A reminder of sanitation would also be a great thing.

Drive the extra two blocks south and go to McDonalds. No one should have to wait ten minutes in a drive thru lane to have their order taken. I gave up five minutes after the drivethru attendant said "Welcome to Burger King, I will be with you shortly to take your order" and drove around the building. I had already waited five minutes for an initial response. One can only imagine how long it would have taken for the food to be cooked. Fast food it isnt. Skip it if youre in a hurry.

Dreadful. "Fast" food?? Consistently slow to get food here, regularly cold or luke warm at best, and dirty inside. Im done after tonight. Tonight they took two tries to get a simple order right, then people coming in were stranded at the counter for several minutes while nobody was in the kitchen or behind the counter... WTF?!? Its never great here, but service like this is inexcusable. Ugh.

Was happy with the service finally. Usually the counter workers are rude. Tonight everyone was happy, polite and respectful. Unfortunately, one of the managers came to the front counter carrying 2 bags of OPEN chicken Pattys and swinging them around. I lost my appetite and I ordered one of the chicken sandwiches.

The food is good, but it takes forever to get. Plus the workers argue in the back and yell at each other, which everyone can hear. We ordered a shake and there machine wasnt working and she gave us the wrong change back. And messed up our order. I love burger king but i wouldnt visit this one again.

How come everytime I happen to order from this classic American burger place the orders are always messed up? In short I would never visit this Burger King again!! Instead choose one of the other 5 stores nearby where they will actually get your order correct!!!

Do not bother with eating here. Food is below average but eatable... however, the service is absolutely terrible. They end breakfast early so they can clean. Then they argue with the customer! Unbelieveable! We will never go back after this experience.

One thing fast food has got better at and knowingly is to befriend all their customers with friend face and warm welcome. Burger Wop at corner of Highland and ole 53 hastings way has really improved over the years. Keep up the good work.

Slow service. Food always cold. Management is more worried about cigarettes than customers food. Go to BK off golf and London rd. If your craving that BK taste! Trust me!
