Well, how do I start this off ?? Went in to purchase a "Flatbread" Turkey sandwich here to go after a long hard day at work. After I purchased it I left to be on my way.. Got it partway and decided to munch down on it. I didnt even eat any of this but felt the Edges were "Very Hard" indicating to me that this was most likely old bread or "Stale"... I immediatly took it back not happy here. I have come across this before in other stores as well but generally without hesitation, they just make up a new one. NOT in this case.. Employee informed me that they can come that way and was just not pleased by me coming back in by his attitude here. Check this out: He got right on the Phone to contact the Owner or Manager here to get approval to making up a new one for me !!!! Can you believe that !!!!! Then he comes back, and says hell make up a new one but dont ask me for another one !!! Believe me, I am NOT makeing this up btw. That is no way to run a business and I hope the owners of this particular store are getting this.. Never again at this store..

Horrible service. The server on the morning of January 7, 2016 was an incredibly rude lady who seemed mildly racist. Despite us smiling and speaking to her politely, she didnt smile at all and was constantly rushing us. When a non-Asian customer dropped by she forcefully slid our order to the side so much that some of the cheese and toppings fell off, and when she was talking to the other customer she suddenly changed her tone to a more polite one and started smiling. When the other customers sandwich was finished she went back to us and returned to her impolite self. By the time we were about to pay, she didnt even ring our order on the register and just took our cash. Never coming back to this place again.

Subway use to be good... 5 years ago. I havent gone to subway in 3 years due to the quality of the food, and how skimpy they are with the innards. Tonight I decided to try the rueben. I regret that choice. The food isnt fresh, the bread is tough to chew, and ratio of bread vs the innards: bread always wins. The value of the sandwich is not worth the expense. Im never going to subway again. Good luck subways

Melissa V. gave me to worst service I have ever received at subway. She obviously wants to be somewhere else. Didnt care at all about the quality of my sandwich and seemed irritated more and more with every ingredient I added and only out 2 extra when I asked for extra banana peppers.

North City (Shoreline, WA) is a clean establishment, with good sandwiches. We have traded at this Subway since they first opened several years ago and they always are polite, helpful employees and try to make a sandwich to suit the customer. No complaints at all.

By far the best subway i have ever been to. I read all these other reviews and they are bogus. I go here everyday. The workers are friendly, especially the manager Tom. The people that leave reviews here must have some issues.
