Let me tell you about this little GEM,. I am not sure if it is a Chain, but they have taken Sandwiches to a worthy level. You know you think about getting a Subway sandwich, you think oh I can make that at home, because lets face it the ingredients are pretty straight-forward. Wich WIch is different, they have a laundry list of good stuff to put on a sandwich and all of the ingredients are super fresh, no joke!! The amount of customization in this place is unreal. I was skeptical at first, "Overpriced, not worth it" but after eating there yesterday I would say its justifiable. Key Points: (+) Very Unique Taste (+)The medium is size is filling (+)They have hot/toasted and cold varieties, (+)Too many ingredients to customize your sandwich to list, (+) Sandwich into a salad (+)Good selection of Great Tea (+)Friendly Staff (+/-) Place was quiet when I went. (-) Kinda Expensive

Im kind of a sandwich snob, and am always in search of a good sandwich joint. I was walking down the ave the other day and saw this place. When I finally had the chance to try it, I was not disappointed. My sandwich was delicious. It wasnt really big, probably about 7" long, but the price wasnt really big either, about $6. Ill definitely be going back many more times in the future. I might have to get two next time because it was that good. Hopefully theyre able to draw enough business to stay open because it would be a shame to lose a sandwich place this good.

This place is amazing! Their sandwiches are delicious and fresh. The menu has many options for any personal favorites you might have. Its easy to order exactly what you want. The service is second to none when it comes to professionalism and courtesy. Their prices are a little on the high end for what you get, but if you count the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the welcoming staff, and the quality, youll never leave there thinking you got the raw end of the deal. I recommend this place fullheartedly to all!

Not sure where the friendly staff was that I read about in many of the other reviews. Today there was just two sour faced girls making it clear they hate their summer job, maybe it was an off day? The $9 philly cheese I ordered was equally underwhelming, so I wont likely waste my time & money returning here to see if any of their other sandwiches are worth the price. Also, I dont understand the point of putting my name on the order form, but then they just call out the sandwich type...

Like the concept. Easy to understand menu. Available sandwiches are listed by protein then you just grab a bag and check off the toppings you want. Process is really smooth since you are checking off infredients instead of having the person making the sandwhich asm you what you want over and over again. The quality of ingredient also appears to be pretty good. I recommend this place to anyone looking to grab a quick bite while still having a lot of choices for ehat the want.

I had never heard of Which Wich until I went to my friends place in the U District area for a concert later on that night. Getting some calories was a must and I hadnt eaten much that day. We took a walk to decide what to eat, and she told me about Which Wich. I decided to try it out.... And holy moly!! It was the bomb diggity!! I live an hour north, but I definitely make trips down JUST for the sandwiches. They are that dang good.

Basically, you can have a sandwich however you want and fast. The portion sizes are smart as you can get a 7", 10.5" or 14" sandwich. There are countless combinations to get including ingredients like seafood, powdered sugar, honey, avocado and most everything else you might want. They help you choose by giving you some preset options that are phenomenal. And the sandwiches are all delicious. Definitely a superior sandwich shop!

Whos better than Quiznos? Subway. Whats better than subway? Jimmy Johns. Whos better than Jimmy Johns? WHICH WICH. Have never even heard of this place until my boyfriend opened up a shop in the U-district. Their sandwiches are so good, and reasonably priced too! I had the reuben, he had some magical creation he made hiself. Love it.

Havent been here in a while, but I like the way they let you build your own sandwich. The size is good, although it doesnt give off a sense of "this is such a great deal!" Higher up on the Ave so not as much foot traffic as places lower down on the Ave, like Chipotle or Subway.

Wonderful service. You choose what sandwich you want on a bag, and then stick them on a zip line. Then the guys behind the counter will lovingly put together your wich before sending it to you. The ingredients are so delicious... oh my goodness...

Wonderfully many choices of topping on quite a few bases. What you want, you can eat there, with written orders so the employees never mishear you. Also one of the only sandwich restaurants that will serve egg salad. In your face, Subway!

Which wich was one of the few things I missed after leaving Texas and so happy to be able to get it again! Cant beat the variety or endless combinations. You wont be sorry if you try it! (And if you try it maybe more will pop up!)

The staff is friendly, service is fast, and the place seems clean, but I have no idea what theyre doing with almost 5 stars. Reuben was a flavorless affair with weird beef. Not disgusting, but not a 9 dollar sandwich either.

SO good! Check off whatever you want and they will make it! Some of my FAVORITE sandwiches are from Which Wich. I completely love how you can customize them to however you want. Love it.
