Being in the “biz” for a number of years, today’s service left a lot to be desired. Lets’ start with my food order, the bartender forgot the order of onion rings completely. She was unapologetic about it, very short with me and her facial expression was as if I was bothering her. Not only did my "specials" come out first, but I finished them before my rings arrived. When my rings did arrive they were literally DRIPPING grease (oil). I asked to return them and replaced with the fries. After my fries arrived, I ordered 2 of the lunch specials. I thought of eating them, but after the oil settled in my stomach it was upset, so I asked for a box for my fries, sliders and my bill please. The bartender printed out my bill, dropped the check then inform me that the special cannot be carried out as she was pulling my food off the bar where I was eating my lunch. Clearly I should have asked for a bar manager at this point but I was so upset after this I paid my bill and left. So let’s discuss how the service could have been better… first, bartenders do NOT need their cell phones behind the bar while they are working and ignore customers. Food orders when place, should always be repeated back to the customers for clarity and accuracy. A smile and friendly disposition goes a long way in the bar/restaurant business. Apologizes in a sincere friendly manor when the “ball is dropped” gets positive results. Just saying..:) Seriously, the food was ok.. but SERVICE.. NOT THE SAME AS IN CHICAGO! I KNOW!! Ducked in for a little Monday Night Football action as I have heard a lot about this place, and the new one that just opened in Lighthouse Point. Ive been in the many iterations of this building / bar over the years and a lot of places have come and gone. So far it looks like this place should be around a little while. Every table was full on Monday for football, so thats a good sign. The chicken wings were, well they were deep fried. They were seasoned better than most other joints I guess. Unremarkable. My cousin enjoyed the chicken tacos. All around the place seemed to be popular. Folks were eating and drinking. I saw crab legs being served quite a bit. The music was too loud between plays of the game, which made it impossible to talk. I dont like the dollar bills stapled on all the walls, but thats me. And the menus: you never put a black background, it is hard to read. I plan to go back so I can author a more detailed and credible review after trying some menu items. Stay tuned. Lots of TVs, great place to watch sports, if you can get around the DJs antics. I had to park across Commercial Blvd. so that sucked.

not a bad pub.. good food nice bartenders but not the best place to watch sports... was there watching UFC 135 and some stupid chick manager [think she was] kept messing with the sound of the fights as soon as a round was finished she would crank the red neck music and between rounds aswell... being as though 85% of the bar where there watching the fight and wanting to listen to the interview at the end of the fight and the replays between rounds, she should not mess with the sound as most will go else were next time. please learn to listen to your audience and cater for the customer not your own personal taste........ fire the manager and get someone who cares about the customer not just someone who messes with the customers experience and stands out side a smokes all night......

If you are from Chicago, DO NOT get the "Chicago" Dogs. Whoever makes these dogs has either never been to Chicago, or never had a hotdog in Chicago. First, there is never hot peppers on the dogs, even when you SPECIFICALLY ASK for peppers. The cook probably cant read the request, or else just doesnt care. Either shows a low level of competence. Second someone needs to tell the so-called cook that they put celery salt on the dogs. Theres NEVER any celery salt, again, EVEN IF YOU ASK. Third, its a common hotdog, overloaded with mustard, no Vienna Beef, here. Burger-Fi has the same tired dogs at a lower price and the quality is just as poor. But, Burger-Fi actually uses peppers and celery salt on their dogs. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Sam W. & Ali Its a nice hangout no need to dress up. the jerk wings will make u feel Jamaican if ur not. Ask for Lindsey and i promise she will hook u up and say we sent u. the shrimp sample for first time customer was amazing, and watch Also the crab cakes which r to die for and I absolutely hate crab cake but my girl made me try it and u no I have to like it if I dont eat that what so ever. Also Ali crab is nice. A box a nerd which is the liquor drink of the night is good only $10 for it, and all u need is one. The fries are alright. Everything is worth the price. The music is diverse. Im not going to lie I like this joint. The only thing they r missing is a pool table.

Great atmosphere and low-key, communal environment. We had the chicken wings, crab legs, and the Hott Leggz Burger--all delicious. We anticipated having leftovers, but literally ate everything. The only reason I take away a star is because the service really got slow half way through the meal and never picked back up. We were also sold 2-for-1 drinks, and when we ordered our second round, we were suddenly told (by a different server) that our first drink were doubles and we didnt get a second drink.

Im in love with this place. Me and my boyfriend went on a Friday night and got wings, sliders, and a pound of snow crabs. It was our first time so the waitress brought us out shrimp at no charge to taste their different flavors. Everything was excellent!!! The atmosphere was so welcoming. I cant wait to bring my parents here when they visit. We will definitely be coming back for the deals they let us know about during the week. I dont drink but they also had some great alcoholic beverage deals.

It looks like this is a local hangout. It was great to see that on a Monday it was hopping. Pretty much packed with locals. Ate the dungeness crab and at first it was cold when they brought it out but then with alot of apologies and catering to me they redeemed themselves. Had 3 lbs of them. I do wish they offered a side with them though. The decor was different and fun to read. It isnt a place I would bring my kids but a good fun local date night would work or girls night out.

Went to other location on federal and food was great and hot so we decided to go back for more but GPS sent us to this location. So disappointed! The boneless chicken fingers didnt have any sauce on them and were fried in old dark grease. The tacos were cold meat and all. The waitress was rude and when we asked for the. Then she went toward the bar and started socializing with a friend. So unprofessional. I will make sure i dont visit this location ever again
