Lady making two sandwiches for one person moving at a snails pace. I just wanted a couple of cookies. When she put the two sandwiches in the toaster she asked how she could help me, before I could tell her what I wanted the toaster rang so she turned from me and proceeded to finish the sandwiches. I might have done the same ,but at least say excuse me, or told me she would be with me soin, not just cut me iff, which left me with a bad imoression. In that industry customer service, and multitasking are critical. I think she could have rang uo the cookies and told the gentleman waiting for the sandwiches that they would be rivhtbup. I left

The lady that worked there this morning andcalls herself the so called manager is a pathetic lunatic. First she lied to my face that the "sweet onion chicken teriyaki" was not $6, even though there was a sign outside which said its $6 anyday of the week for limited time only. So she charged me $10:47 for it. Such a rip off. Then she left all the chicken& ingredients fall out of the bread and when I called her attention to it she told me "I have been a manager here for so long and this is how I do it" what an imbecile. Wouldnt ever go back there again.

Employees are always friendly but they never have specials that are actually good. Wish that they would run the same specials that are advertised by corporate subway
