This is the third time we have come into this qdoba where there is a lot of staff drama. The lady on the line is yelling for help as the line builds up and no one responds to her cries for help. She yells for Efrain to come up and finally he does and he is talking down to people and obviously not fit for his role and saying " yall know why Im like this Im just saying " which seems like he has a poor attitude and has treated people poorly before. Another woman working in the dinning room ignored her help. And then yelled back at her that she is busy and cannot help because she needs to finish. I cannot believe how much drama is here. We just came to get a burrito and enjoy it. However with the constant screaming it was very difficult to enjoy any of my meal. I hope that Qdoba can figure out how to make this a more enjoyable place to eat.

The bathroom is very filthy as well as the dining area. Tables were filthy and the floor was dirty. I spoke to one of the kitchen staff, explained to her the condition of the restroom and her response to me was that someone will come tonight and clean it. I told her it needs to be cleaned immediately because there were stale urine on the floor and around the toilet bowl. There were no toilet paper as well. They had some brown napkins, that was sitting on top of the napkin holder. Faeces, was on the floor along with soiled paper napkins. It is the worse restroom, that I have seen in a while. Before I left, I told her, she has just lost a customer. I will never purchase another meal there.

I went to purchase food here, I was on line and asked to use the restroom, this very rude manager completely shut me down like a piss of crap. Telling me that she cant allow me to use the restroom until I buy the food even though I was on a very long line. Very rude and unpleasant customer service. Just because you are in downtown and always busy that doesnt give you the right to treat people like this. you need to learn to appreciate your customer. It is very sad that the owner can hire such a unpleasant and lack of customer service manager. I recommend Chipotle

Ive ordered from this place twice now on my visits to Seattle and I have to say that im really impressed with the food. Ive ordered a burrito bowl with all the fixings and havent been let down, the selections are fresh, tasty and a great size (both times I was really hungry and it filled me right up) location is great as its right downtown and not far from pike place market. Prices are always great and if youre in the mood for some mexican but dont want the long and slow lineups at a place like Chipotle than this is a great spot

I ordered three tacos today to go and the male cashier gives them to me in a paper bag. I asked for a plastic bag since I was traveling to the airport. He refused to give me a damn paper bag saying I could only have one. I again asked for the plastic bag and he says its to big for my order. I had to yell at him for a damn plastic bag. WTF?? Ever hear of customer service? This man was an idiot. Back to chipotle for me. 4/2/16. 7:45pm

Ive eaten here one time and I will not return. The food was entirely devoid of flavor. It made me think that, perhaps, in the Truman Show of my life, I had wandered off the planned route and into a restaurant where nobody expected me. The actors there, thinking quickly, handed me the inedible props that were intended to look like food from a distance, and I, unwittingly, ate some of them. There is a Chipotle across the street. Go there.

Customizable "mexican" fast food. Its pretty good for fast food. Its just as good as Chipotle (which is across the street), but usually has a significantly shorter line on weekdays for lunch. I usually ask for extra cilantro on my chicken bowls, and this location used to oblige. Recently theyve been telling me they dont have any.

Qdoba is a fine, if basic, American burrito fast food establishment. This particular location is directly across from Chipotle, so take your pick. I defer to Qdoba for the fountain soda options, of which there are many, and the queso. You cant go wrong, though naturally you could do better.

Good burritos and tacos with generous portions. Better than Chipotle. Friendly service. Almost all tables in dining room were dirty even though off-peak. Shady panhandler-types came and went from front part of restaurant without ordering anything. Seemed like a hub for them to meet.

Worst service ever. The manager is very rude they should know that there is no parking space also it was lunch time and the manager took my precious time to train and also messed up my burrito because the new person couldnt fold it!! So mad i will never come back to this place.

The portion size is good, and when I ordered the burrito bowl its always nice and fresh, fast and includes the avocado too. Prices are decent and location is ideal if youre in the downtown core. Place usually isnt too busy or full compared to something like Chipotle

This place exceeded my expectations for vegan tacos. The vegetables and beans were nicely seasoned and the employees easily accommodated my requests for no dairy or meat products. Several fresh toppings are available as well, and hot sauce is available. Tasty tacos!

Ive had bad luck at this Qdoba. There are a lot of times where theyre out of specific condiments or additions for your meals. This area is also highly populated with homeless so smelling piss and other unknown things while eating isnt appetizing.

I recently ate here on a trip to Seattle. I got tacos to go and when I got back to my hotel and took a bite the chicken was burnt. My husband thought I was exaggerating, then came into the other room to tell me it was indeed burnt.

Good place to eat a taco....if youre hungry....they have beer....is quiet and fast...go here if youre in the area and dont want to break the bank...not ideal for first dates or to impress your friends or enemies

I dont know how this place is not more popular. Similar to Chipotle but guac does not cost extra. I also cant stress enough the importance of cilantro as a topping.

This place has awesome catering! Their burritos were fresh and delicious. I would say that qdoba is one of the best places for mexican food catering in the area.
