My friend Cyndi and I came for breakfast today. We come here about once a week...service has been slipping. The manager there an older guy with Gray hair and mustache is really rude, is condesending and NEVER smiles. She ordered bacon temptation omlette with no tomatoes and I ordered the waffle and chicken special with regular waffle batter....it came with the pumpkin waffle. At no time was I told a regular waffle batter could not be substituted for the pumpkin batter. I got no butter either and Cyndi got a coffee cup with lipstick on it. At no time did these people ever apologize. Offer to correct it. Cyndi ended up eating alone and I ordered a English muffin but refused to order anything else...I ate that by myself by the time it got to me. We also asked for separate checks they brought one check and no one offered a discount or to comp us! I am very very upset with their lack of customer service and being both Cyndi and I work in hospital billing and patient accounts we KNOW customer service....I will not spend another dime at this restaurant. They turned what should have been a wonderful meal with my friend into an upsetting event!!!

When we got to the table it had drops of liquid on the seat. Cupcake pancakes were not as great as I thought, not a big deal. However, our waitress took forever to give us our waters and then gave us the wrong item that we didnt order and then gave us the correct order and left too quickly before we could tell her about the mistake. It was not that busy and she had what it looked like 2 bussers in her section. After we were completely done with our food we were waiting for our checks for 15 minutes and then she left to go on break, never received our checks so we had to split our order completely even and paid for the extra item we didnt order. I love IHOP and normally go to the one in Renton or Tukwila and service is fantastic, fast and always on their agame whenever I have eaten there. Seatac IHOP on Pacific hwy has really bad service and I wont be eating there again.

They started cleaning and vacuuming under our table, taking our drinks and plates and actually giving our table away before we were done eating. Invasive, rude, and terribly irritating. Also, one of the parties at our table hadnt realized that gratuity was automatically added to the check and after he paid his bill and tipped his waitress double, he was denied the ability to correct the mistake directly afterwards. He ended up paying the waitress 30 percent gratuity and they said they would not give the mistakenly received other 15 percent back to him. Ridiculous and dishonest. Ive worked restaurants and I am completely aware that a manager could have easily voided the transaction and corrected the problem. Very dissapointed and will not be giving this restaurant our business again.

Walked in with my kids was approached by a female waiter (Sandie) she asked what we would like to drink we told her she left she than went about her business totally forgot to bring our drinks when the manger told her to help us she got very upset an stared throwing our silver wear on the table with our drinks gave my son a coffee an me the juice which was visbersa WELL HERES THE ICEING ON THE CAKE WHEN SHE FINALLY GAVE ME MY COFFE SHE GAVE ME A DIRTY CUP THAT HAD LIPSTICK ON THE CUP (DISGUSTING) AN WHEN I WENT TO ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT CUP SHE GOT SO MAD Ive never had customs service like that dirty plates drinks an silver wear tosts around she is really unprofessional I will discourage people from going to this IHOP watch your drinking cups!!!!!!!

Worst Ihop i have ever ate at! They burned the hell out of my moms hash browns to where they looked like the scrapings off the pan. Then it took almost 10 mins for our waitress to come back whom had to be found by another waitress because she wasnt ours and couldnt help us which was terrible. By the time my mom got hash browns everything was cold. And my eggs benedict!! Disgusting! The hollandaise sauce was extra thick and drowned my food. The waitress referred to it as cheese sauce which made me even more sick. I love ihop and its been a place me and my family enjoy dearly since I was a kid. This location is a NO NO! We will happily drive all the way to Capitol Hill and eat at the one we used to live by.

The food is great but this one female who work there by the name of britney she work at night is very rude and disrespectful. She have a very bad Customers service. She didnt give us seats and she was serving us with attitude. After we were done eating I walked up to the front to pay and she refused to take my debit card cuz I didnt have my ID but she didnt asked the others for ID when I asked her about that she said they was regular customers and besides she think I was using some card

Was seated quickly but it seemed like our waitress was trying to con us into buying two dishes when we just wanted to share one. It was a $12 plate of crappy fried food that we were sternly told we couldnt share. I believe that if Im going to buy something from them I should be able to do whatever the hell I want with it. Bad show. I went with the intention of not spending more than $15 got a $30 bill

I have a great experience every time I visit my local ihop. Being served my Ibrahim always happy, even when he is by himself and the place is full everybody still leaves happy. Food prepared by two of my favorite cooks Romero and Dennis. Always comes out hot and with my picky order it always right. Thanks to the noc ihop crew that look out for each other to make my dinning experience magical.

Very nice, not perfect, one lady was kind of rude/ impatient, but I cant blame a whole restaurant for one person. And besides her other coworkers were super nice. Although I do wish that the workers would have said something to a group of people with a loud smart phone I think they were playing a game or something... Anyway nice service nice food and we actually didnt wait that long

The staff here are great very nice and respectful, as for their prick of a boss hes disrespectful and doesnt treat customers or employees well. Everything is a rush and when my daughters new job called while she was employed there he told them she was Nasty and then he told employees she had an std aka Pink Eye. He makes his employees cry etc. But for the most part he has nice workers.

I went here sometime ago for Lunch order and pancakes to go . When I go there my food was not ready and they tried to tell me the item was not on the menu . I was heading to work and couldnt wait . Horrible customer service . The manager wasnt apologetic . We used to get pancakes in turns to eat at work and we stopped going to this place !!!!

Open 24h which is very good!! I had been here at night, and I ordered spinach and mushrooms omelette included pancakes as well. Very generous position and so tasty!! My favourite pancakes!!! And the waitress was so nice!! She gave me take away box when she saw that I couldnt eat them all. Thanks for the good meal and the lovely service!!!
