Super disappointed with this location. Normally I love JITB and their offerings; however, this particular location is terrible. Every time weve gone to get food here there is a problem with the order. Either the speaker is too quiet or the person taking the order doesnt really know what theyre doing or they just dont care. In addition to ordering issues, whoever they have in charge of inventory and making sure they dont run out of ingredients and such is doing a terrible job. The last 2-3 times myself or my husband have been to this location they are out of something. This last time, they were out of regular fries... How is that possible!? Then, to make matters worse, instead of just subbing the fries for curly as that was all they had to use for the combo meals, they were actually going to charge us for the curly fry upgrade! What a rip off! Then they conveniently forgot to give us our receipt so we couldnt verify what we were being charged for because that didnt add up either. The food is rarely "fresh" and I dont think the employees are properly trained here, if at all, or they dont care about required hold times and when to toss out the old and make it fresh so the customer gets better quality when ordering; or as good as you can when it comes to fast food I suppose. Today, the chicken strips (which definitely appear to have been changed to the gross looking/textured processed chicken like the nuggets) were not only just warm, not hot and fresh but held too long, they were also covered in oil and the box they were packaged and served in was also covered in oil. I even took a picture to prove how much oil was just sitting in the bottom of the box. Great job on draining there! Ive had it with this location and have put in a lengthy complaint to corporate about it. Hopefully they listen and do something about it. I think the best thing that can happen to this location is to fire all employees (managers and higher-ups too) and start all over and make sure everyone knows how to do their jobs and actually cares about what they do, not just their paychecks. *** I posted this review the same day that I sent in a complaint to corporate - 11/1/16 - it is now the 10th of Nov. and I have gotten no response from anyone at JITB aside from the auto response email. Im beginning to thing that the company just really doesnt care anymore.

This location is RIDICULOUS. Not a single person there speaks more than broken english, and I have only ONCE not had to have them fix something on my order. Our last visit there, we were missing two regular cheeseburger. Not hard, right? Called them, was greeted with a mumbling, broken-english-speaking employee on the phone, and tried to let them know that he was on his way to pick up the missing items and that I also expected some other form of compensation as well. Hell, I didnt care if it was a small drink that cost them five cents. I was just sick of this happening over and over again. If it werent for the fact that I was pregnant, tired, and craving chili cheese curly fries, we wouldnt have even purchased anything from them again. After being hung up on twice by two different (very rude) employees, my husband finally arrived to pick up the missing items. He received a greeting from a security guard and two local police officers, and two cold cheeseburgers, nothing else. My husband was one of the few lucky survivors of the E.Coli outbreak from JITB food many moons ago, and now Im thinking that if they cant control their employees, they certainly cant control their food quality. Needless to say, I will not be back at another Jack in the Box again for fear of my health, not to mention my sanity. Dont do it guys! If they serve us food at the incorrect temperature and also throw a temper tantrum like that after having to fix the issue, how long do you think it will be until they have another disease outbreak?

Usually very good service and food. Thats the only reason Im adding an extra star. Just came here to get some breakfast at 4:24am (it is December 31st), and was very curtly told that "the system was rebooting and needed to reset". When I asked how long this might take, the lady working (kind of annoyed) said 15 to 20 minutes. First, I feel like its quite a coincidence that something needed restarting right as I came there. However, if its not such a coincidence (say, the procedure is common and takes a whole hour or something), I think it should not be advertised as 24 hour. The key thing was the attitude of the employee working at this time...not good at all, even if she was telling the truth... In contrast, Im in a McDonalds 24hr drive-thru now, and the experience was totally different. Very friendly, well-lit, professional, and of course their "system" did not go down so conveniently.

This Jack in the Box has been the absolute worst I have ever been to. First I went there and I got my order through the drive thru and I heard the people to come with bring to each other when we got to the window they were laughing. After we get paid for our food and got home realize that our french fries were moldy and all of the food was cold . After calling the next day and speaking to the manager she had written down my name for me to come get a refund or new food so I came in later that day and argued with the shift leader at the time about how I needed to have my refund (and I still had my reciept) and she couldnt do anything about it and she did not even bother to look for my name written down in the office never eat at this Jack in the Box ever.

Never ever EVER gets an order right....like seriously...ask for a cheeseburger and get a chicken sandwich kind of screw ups...doesnt even matter what time of day...they dont even pay attention to what they are doing...ordered 2 $5 meals...my total was $15 with my military discount and none of that when she rung it up, read it, or said it aloud to me twice sounded incorrect to her...after explaining the math, she had to get a manager...just one instance and there is more detail but I just...ugh close this place...hire ALL new ppl or something geez

Worst place ever when it comes to customer service. Food is fine but nobody there speaks english and the speaker is so quiet so cant even hear or understand what im ordering. I spent 5 minutes waiting at the window before someone came up to take my payment I almost left. I saw a manager just standing there talking to people and she even saw me waiting and kept talking...im never going there again, what a waste if time. I hope the owner thinks hard about his business and makes changes before it shuts down

I come here often, always good service, today for some reason my nuggets didnt make it in my bag, when I came through the drive through. I went back inside to get them, and the lady insisted she put them in the bag, and I said maube so, but it wasnt my bag and she repeated herself 3 more times and finally told them to make more for me. Ive ne er had an issue until today, and the fact that she argued with me over a dollar fifty pack of nuggets when my order was 30, bugs me. Thats all.
