Brennan was excellent!! He was the best server you could EVER have the pleasure to meet! He went way above and beyond what anyone would expect for a breakfast meeting on Aurora. He knew the menu by heart, and even made the menu options flexible for us (got us pumpkin pie pancakes AND apple pie pancakes in the same deal). He frequently came by to check and make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was totally relaxed and easygoing, very efficient and friendly. Truly an asset to the company. Thank you for the fantastic service! You have a real star on your team!

Our server was very polite, which is a plus, but the rest of the visit wasnt good for me. Coffee came slowly, had to ask three times for just some water. When my food came, it was awful. I got the steak omelette. They didnt cut the steak, the omelette was falling apart, the cheese wasnt at all melted. Just slightly warm and rubbery. My hashbrowns were mushy and raw. Finally, when I finished my cup of coffee, I got a mouthful of grinds.

If you havent been to IHOP lately, but you love weekend breakfast, you might want to give it another chance out here on Aurora. This place its a well-oiled machine, run by friendly, efficient staff. Even during the Sunday brunch crush, theyll find you a four top in 10 min or less (how?!?). The menu is nostalgic - mmmm, swedish pancakes with lingonberries. Val Pak usually has great coupons that make this even more affordable.

Im sorry but no Im being honest and generous because the update is amazing but the food is still cold and they are trying I cant complain on the servers or managers because they really do thier best but I cant accept cold food .... yes it was in dire need of a update and let me tell you the new floors tables and layout is fantastic but ... still cold food

Food was IHOP standard, which is pretty tasty IMO. The poor manager was plagued with a staff that flaked on him that night, meaning he and his 3 helpers were left to do everything from cook to wait tables to take the check at the end. I felt awful for the poor guys. Good experience, even though I had to wait about an hour from seat to check.

Instant seating. Much appreciated air conditioning. We had the garden omelet again because they are so damn good,,,vegetables perfectly cooked, tasty, fluffy and really generous proportions. And awesome crispy hash browns. And our waiter kept our iced tea glasses full. He was great. We plan on going back a couple times a week.

It was very busy i understand.. took a bit to be seated.. but once we got our food not even 10minutes later she gave us our check & said for once we are ready she would cash us out.. i barely took a few bites of my food.. food was alright. But the service was rushed. I definitely felt rushed to eat so other people could be seated.

Came in expecting the standard mediocre breakfast I am accustomed to from Ihops across the country. I was pleasantly surprised by the best Ihop breakfast I have had yet. Hash browns were on point. Service was great even though they were pretty busy with Sunday morning rush!

Since this has been updated its a great clean well lit place to share a fun decadent meal with the family. Staff have always been courteous and friendly here. As far as iHops go this one is very nice.
