Terrible service!!! Never will come here again! The waiter never came up to us i had to flag him down, once there he didnt even ask for our drink orders and left before answering our questions. Once we finally got him to take our order and confirmed 2 substitutions 3 times in a row he left and while the food did take some time to cook it came back all wrong! We ordered the new cheesecake filled red velvet pancakes only to have unfilled and dry ones appear. We asked for seasoned fries and received regular fries and when we asked to correct them they brought a container of seasoned salt to do it ourselves. They brought hot chocolate that was disgusting and when asked if we could exchange for coffee were told that they would charge for both even with one unable to be consumed! Never coming back here the staff didnt seem phased and became more rude as our visit went on!

The man server who took our order was rude to start off with. Our food order was wrong.. and as well messed up. When checking out our order the same man was rude again. I called literally 5 mins later to tell them our order was messed up and missing food that we were charged for. The same man wouldnt even let me talk and kept assisting that our order wasnt wrong or missing anythimg. Just plain crappy rude service. Needless to say.. i didnt get to eat!!! Thanks alot. Heres a tip.. if you dont like your job or customers... dont work in the food business and get another job!!! Thanks for nothing. I love being on vacation and going to bed hungry bcuz the food i paid for wasnt there and what was for the other people was messed up. Super awesome... sike.

My family goes to this one, since its less time traveling to arrive there. As much as Service being slow, its understandable when its busy, since they have numerous orders. All I care about is getting my order correctly. For me, especially. Due to my high metabolism, I can eat about 7 pancakes, on average, ignore the bragging. Though ever since they took down the Pigs & Blankets from their Menu, I was quite disappointed, upon hearing that from the waitress back months ago. But regardless, the pancakes are made how they make them. I could care less how they taste, as long as their Buttermilk Pancakes. So overall, its really up to the viewer who reads my Review. Im only review on what my opinion is.

An extremely rude lady by the name Norma should either be retrained, placed in the toilet permanently and or fired if possible. Shes rude, untrained and a very dangerous devouring element of the bottomline and tips. She has no clue how to relate with customers. Tell her what you want and youll need to tell her again after 10 minutes. Ask her a simple question and her answer? Your guess is as good as mine. Been coming to this location for 9 years, never been disrespected like that. Whoever owns this place needs to do a bit of undercover boss to see how much he/she might be losing per hour because of rude people like Norma.

Maybe about 2 years ago, during my tough financial times, it was a cold winter evening when i decided to step inside Ihop to order some food. The owner/manager with a great attitude and sense of humor had helped me pay for the expenses when my debit card wasnt working properly. I have to say besides this incident, theres great service and great food here. Other IHOP restaurants dissapoint me. Especially the one on el camino. The Ihop in airport Blvd is money well spent there. I still owe that guy some money! I dont know if Ill ever see him again to pay off my debt. Thank you.

We never had atentido as bad as today shitty waiter who took our ordered two chocolates for children and the man nor warning us that the chocolate was so hot my 5 year old son all his little mouth and despot man was burned did not flinch in bringing water or something to ease the pain of my son crying in despair. Horrible Service. I love ihop, an did needed to eat before I went on my tour of the city. I thought I could stop by and grab some quick breakfast while I wait for the Shuttle. I stood there at the front and no one even said hello or sat me down, heck the servers didnt even look at me. I said hello loudly enough to grab someones attention, and the server said they would be with me. And still waited and no one came to even sit me down. I left. Im not from here so I cant say I wouldnt come back but stay away if you value customer service.

Absolutely the slowest service, I would have never expected this from an Ihop. Bathroom were the worst, Ive seen better at 24 hour roadside truck stops. The female manager didnt help out other than seating and standing in the corner watching. The owner really should watch how his manager does the minimum. 1 couple seated themselves, and a whole family got up and left. It took us 15 minutes to even get someone to take our drink order. "Undercover Boss" could REALLY get a suprise out of this place!

The outside air smells bad. The ground is dirty. The front door FULL of dirty fingerprints. The booth benches crooked and hard. After got food, it tasted good... Give that 3 star. Too expensive for what you get. 2nd visit: got "all you can eat pancakes". First plate of 2 arrived late and not hot. No one came around asking if i want more. They cleared my plate and fork. Finally waitress asked if I wanted more, yes please. Took 15 more minutes for 2. Its their ploy to get you to eat less.

I dont recommend this place. Our first experience here wasnt a good one. And though it may not be a consistent thing at this location. But it was enough for us to not want to return to this location. On a positive note, my meal came out as ordered without complaints. But my friends experience was terrible and wasnt handled well from the beginning and it wasnt until we talked to the manager than anything was corrected. Bad customer service.

Talk about. Crappy service and food.....this place wins the worst breakfast in SFO. Our table of 4 ordered breakfast and 2 orders arrived first and the.3rd and 4th arrived 5 minute later. Side hotcakes and stuffed French toast was not made at time of order but sometime earlier ...it was cold and tough Do not go here, the waitress was not organized either. Lucky she did not ask us how the food was. I wouldve told her the truth.

Its not so much that I hated the place but they were well aware that there was a severe theft and vandalism problem in their parking lot and there were no signs posted anywhere. As a result our rental car was targeted. They broke our car window and stole our cash and electonics (laptops, clothing, cell phones and camera). BEWARE......if you visit this place DONT leave anything in your car!
