Third time coming here, have it another chance. Yet again a complete waste of time and money. The salad was disgusting, the ham literally melted in my mouth (gross!), The dressing was all mixed up and tasted bad, the shrimp was stale and nasty, the brown gravy tasted like melted down paper and was old as sin, the potatoes tasted stale, the chicken tasted like someone boiled it in a pot of water, the Mac n cheese was barely editable, and the only thing good we had was the green beans. When we went up front, they refused to give us a full refund and we were only there for ten minutes tops. They still charged us $5 for drinks, even tho the cups are the size of a kids cup from Sunday church. Then when we asked if we could get a cash refund so we dont have to wait a week for the card to receive the refund, the lady was snarky and told us no. Do not go to this place. Its downright filthy, disgusting, and I will never visit this place again. Ive given then three chances and each time was a bad experience. Avoid this place.

Let me start off by saying Old Country Buffet served old food for breakfast. This is not what my family had in mine when we wanted a good ole country style breakfast. The selection of food looked like slop, overcooked as if the cook gave up or was tired. One server kept screaming "I am so sorry I dropped the last batch of hashbrowns on floor", while was carrying a new tray of burnt hashbrowns to the buffet bin. The beverages were water down and one of servers continued to put plates that needed to be rewashed on the bottom side back into the clean plate bin. By the look of the salad bar....yes salad bar during breakfast time, the lettuce was dry, vegetables and fruit were slightly frozen. All of the food was not fresh or made from scratch, even the taco bar that was opened during breakfast had burnt beef, dried rice and a unusual color nacho cheese. We will not be returning Old Country Buffet..

I think the price is alittle high for the dinner, but if you are senior and get there before 3:30, it is well worth the money. I can only eat there about once a week, but that is the same for Wendys, Taco Bell, etc. Oh the before 330 means you get the $2 drink free. Otherwise just do water, after 4 price is higher. Unfortunately there are alot of big fat pigs that eat and waste alot of food, costing regular customers more money. I have rarely had an attendant that wasnt on the ball: they work hard and get crappy tips. I always make sure to tip $2 per person. Finally, we all eat too much at buffets, me included. Thats another reason I dont do buffets frequently. Im 73, 59" 160 and want to be buried same in 2040 plus.

I went there a few months ago with a few friends and had to complain to the manager about dirty dishes!! Manager said they had been having a problem with the dishwasher (Person). What was surprising was that even when we waited for new plates, they came dirty directly from the dishwasher again and were cold. Had they even been run through a dishwasher cycle? We should have left, but did not. Other patrons were worked up to and complained about it, but it made no difference. I vowed to never go back and have not. One of my friends went back today 12/11/12 and the dishes were "filthy, just like that day from months ago". The staff is great, friendly and attentive, but that does not compensate for dirty dishes.

We used to eat here a lot, especially with the whole family on Sundays. Wed stand in a long line of people waiting to get in. Theres a reason theres never a line now. The prices have gone WAY up in the last year or two, while the quality of food has gone way down. There is no fresh fruit at the salad bar like there used to be, even during summer! Quite often they run out of food. I find dirty dishes/silverware. The ice cream bar is a huge mess. Food tastes very institutionalized - nothing fresh or flavorful. The breakfast prices used to be really reasonable, but not anymore. The only good breakfast dish is the custom omelets. The room temp is always cold, so dress warm.

Our family used to love coming here. It used to be ok... we went last night 2-28-2017, it was horrible. The mashed potatoes taste like tv dinners, wait tv dinner mashed potatoes are better. Everything that had meat in it was empty for a good 20 minutes. I have a three year old so we have a small window to eat before shes ready to go. 14 dollars to eat noodles and veggies. Wow! That will never happen again. Paul was not there last night but I will be back to talk to Paul. This place is not worth the money by far! Dont go unless you want to leave unhappy.

Me and my friend went out to eat there last Saturday night. Havent been there in some time. I thought the food was good and our hostess for the evening was ever so kind, and she is a very hard worker there. Where we sat was kind of cold, but all in all, I like this place and had a lot of eats, and the food was good also. Wow, I know Ive gained a few pounds on that! Four plates full, my friend had more plates of food than I. Anyway Ill "BE BACK" for More FOOD Feed-Me-More. YAAAAAAAAAAAA

Prices are quickly going up across the country. Many companies try to lessen the blow to their clientèle by rearranging the pricing structure to minimize apparent impact. Old Country cut the price of its meals but tacked on a beverage charge. Come on ! I also noticed the disappearance of certain items from the selections recently. Even so, it still beats all the burger joints with regard to value, if you use other than their dollar menus. Everything is relative.

food not hot, plates cold and wet, big crack in one of the serving stations. quality of food for the price good but every time we go it seems they try to get you for a few cents more. current $5 discount book is just specials they use to send online and not worth it. serving stations all need upgrade. place is becoming dated and needs work.

Food was good. Although it seems that the food is always the same night to night. While they might have different nights for lets say taco night and such it would seem to me that they already have tacos on "normal" night d anyway. But overall Good place to go for some all you can eat dinning.

This ocb is the dirtiest old country I have ever been to. I sat down and before I could even take a bite I realized its best if I get a refund. I looked behind my head and slattered food was everywhere, the dishes were not clean at all. Filthy!
