As with most fast food, Jack in the Box isnt really striving to elevate cuisine, instead, they make mediocre food and serve it quickly and generally hot. This review gets four stars because JITB meets all the benchmarks for the type of food they are serving and the the type of service they are providing. The food is inexplicably alluring, tasting like fat and salt and not much else and that is exactly what keeps me coming back time after time. Also...JITB is open 24 hrs, so the food is accessible no matter how stoned you may be. Just saying.

Horrible! They tried to over charge us - and actually argued with us - we ordered 2 burgers and a kids meal and insisted it was $25! Finally they charged us the correct price, but the food was awful.. Are burgers had clearly been stepped on and the drinks had an awful chemical taste to them. Even my 3yr old said it tasted bad. We contacted the company and they refused to comment on what was in the drinks. They did offer to send us a gift certificate, but they never did! That was months ago - and they havent responded!

To be honest the food was fair. At least it was hot and edible. But the housekeeping was miserable. Not one single clean table. No napkins. Terrible attitude of the workers. I was embarrassed for them and their lack of pride.
