This location is disgusting and the service is horrible! I used a coupon for a shake for $1 another buy one get one for $5 bucks BBQ bacon beef burger and a free chocolate cake with the purchase of another item. In addition I added a large curly fry, 6 orders of the $1.29 tocos for two in totally 12 tocos. I also orded another shake at regular price with no coupon. Now before hand my fiancé asked to make sure if we could use all three coupons together first they said no then said hold on I will ask my manager so the lady did and it was fine to use them. We get through our order but first have to argue with the lady at the drive threw on how many $1.29 tocos we wanted. We wanted 6 orders thats 12 all together. She kept arguing 2 plus 2 is 4!!!! We kept telling her no not 2! We want 12! Finally she talks to the manager and fixes it. Everything is fine so we thought. The coupons worked great but then the service was even worse. The other worker may it be a man or female Im not sure was extremely rude!!! The outside of our cup shakes were all wet and sticky from the shake it was a mess! They also gave us large straws for small cups not a big deal but really!? Then we get our order and try to get my receipt but the man/female slammed the window doors in my fiancées face as he was trying to ask for the receipt. Finally he gets it and we drive off. We park and all food is there so we thought. We get home I have no chocolate cake! And two missing tocos. Also the BBQ bacon beef burgers he ordered are chicken!!! Seriously! So then I call them and ask to speak with the manager they tell me the manager is busy they can take a message. No I want to speak to the manager now they tell me they are not there that they will be in tomorrow morning. Whatever Im mad and tired I will call tomorrow but take my message. they say ok come we fix it tonight no Im tired and have work in the morning ok so tomorrow? Yes tomorrow is fine. After the call I go back to eating my tocos and find hair! Yes hair! Short very black curly hair!! At that point I was furious! I called them again and no answer I called five more times it just kept ringing then I block my number by *67 and first call No answer second call they answered 6 seconds later said nothing and hung up!!! Mind you a bit back in this rant very beginning the lady at the drive through had to talk to the manager first about the coupons second about the damn tocos and then later told me when I called that the manager was busy so I had to leave a message then when I refused they said the manager was not there!!! I did not catch this when I was talking to her on the phone until later when I was laying down for bed!!! Seriously the manager is that pathetic or is the worker just a horrible lair!!! Oh And I also forgot to mention the male or female that was rude at the window was not in uniform not to mention I swear they were high off their ass and it was not weed! they were wearing regular clothes no hair net and no hat! No name tag nothing but they were wearing a gold necklace and rings. Big health code violations! Im sure behind the window there must be loads more violations! I will never go back except to get my full refund!!! Every time I go there I hate it and I only go because its 24 hours and the other one is closed!! These workers and especially the manager should be ashamed!!!

Hey I feel a bit bias because I actually work here but I have to say I truly have never worked in a better place in my life. Each person working here is so unbelievably kind and helpful! We all try our best to do our jobs correctly and have each others backs, I have seen where the ingredients come from and am proud to say that I approve of all the products and how thoughtfully and kindly they are prepared! If we make a mistake please let us know! We promise we can fix it! But we wont know if you dont tell us, so go ahead and order my friend!I am proud to take your order!

They really need more people working at the Stark/Kane JIB. Im not there to order, in a hurry to get on with deliveries. No one there to accept or sign for packages. No one @ the counter & me asking for a manager or supervisor, who apparently isnt there. Several cars were served at the window before the sole server was able to help, and she wasnt sure she should accept delivery....

Every trip Ive made here has the food being consistently decent. The burgers are okay and the shakes are good. The breakfast sandwiches were tasty and the hashbrown sticks were mostly good. Had a couple which appeared to have been there for a while, but the rest were hot and tasty.

The food suck didnt give us all our food now Im trying to call them and its just doing that noise like its a freaking fax line.......the guy that took our order was an idiot I am going to have to drive up there cause they need to fix this after that Ill never go to that one again

Lobby was very dirty, there jumpin jack soda was out in lobby we had to have an employee filled in back, napkins were out in lobby, and it was VERY hot in lobby, the AC must have been off. All the employees were in the back somewhere. The food was alright but not great.

I get off work at 3:30 in the morning. I was very hungry and stopped by this jack in the box around 4:05. When i pulled up they told me their system shuts down from 4-4:30. I was baffled. Why keep a restaurant open if its going to close for a half hour? Stupid.

Havent been to Jack in the Box in a while and decided to grab breakfast before grooming a clients dog. I was surprised theyve improved a bit on the taste of their breakfast sandwiches. Their sausage is a bit salty but the taste was pretty good overall.

Only 2 people working and they refused to serve me because cars kept pulling in ride thru. Said that those customers were priority not me. . ill never eat at this jack in the box again.. The mexican older lady is the 1 that was extreamly rude to me. ..

Rude and would not accept a coupon for "$1 (plus tax) old fashioned thick shakes," instead saying it was for only $1 off. I only came to use the coupon because everything except their shakes and curly fries is pretty much garbage.

They will get your order wrong. They will not answer the phone if you try to call them. they will ignore the people inside at the counter if anyone is in the drive-through. absolutely WORST fast food stop in Gresham.

Cold food, horrible service, 2 workers 1 who was just standing around. Full drive threw 5 people at the front counter not being helped. 8/5/2016 at 7:30 pm on a Friday. No shift leader or manager around.
