After our group of 6 walks in for lunch (4PM on a Saturday), and put our name on the list, we sat and watched 2 couples and a party of 4 walk in and be seated immediately. Seeing only 7 tables seated out of about 30 tables that were visible from the front of the restaurant, I approached the counter to ask how much longer we would have to wait. The male employee I spoke with (and we had already talked to for a table about 6-7 minutes earlier) looked at me confused, asked how many people were in our group, walked about 10 feet to a tablet that was mounted on the wall, then stood there for about 45 seconds just looking around. I had to find another employee (female), who told me that they needed to find and set up a table for us, so we waited another 2-3 minutes, at which time that same female employee walked us to an already set up table just inside, which had just been open and set up the entire time we were waiting. During this whole experience, I observed 6 different employees milling around (including what appeared to be a manager chatting casually with several servers while we waited for a table) and one female server come up to advise the hostess that she didnt "have any tables, so sit the next one with me." Heres to hoping the food is better, because the service and attitudes so far have been total garbage. All in all, a wholly negative experience and a terrible first impression. When expecting to pay over $100 for lunch, I would expect better service, no matter how casual the setting. This restaurant and its its staff have made no effort at all to earn my business, so they wont be getting it again.

I was definitely expecting a lot more. The décor looks like it USED to be nice. One of the lights in the bathroom was out, one of the pictures in the hallway had a hole in it with a piece of tape holding up the missing piece. The poster-board that they had in the lobby looked like a million kids had been picking at it. More important than all that, the bartender we got had little to no customer service skills. She didnt seem very busy at all, but she made absolutely no attempt to make conversation with us or the other two people at the bar. I felt very rushed as she put our bill out as soon as we ordered our drinks, didnt even ask us if we wanted any food. When I asked for a dessert menu, she said that they didnt have one but she could tell me what she had. The dessert that she brought me wasnt what she described. This place isnt horrible, but for the money that youre paying, if youre trying to stay in the area, I would recommend going to Olive Garden.

I went here with my girlfriend roughly a week ago for dinner. Good service, friendly staff, horrible, horrible food poisoning. The Mazithra Cheese with Browned Butter and a side of soup was the only meal I had eaten in 12 hours, and within 3 hours of leaving I began vomiting uncontrollably. This went on for 15 hours. It was to the point where I couldnt even hold a tablespoon of water down. After this had passed, I called the establishment to notify them. After waiting on hold nearly half an hour, I spoke to the manager who was very nice, took down my information and told me he would notify the health department. Unfortunately he couldnt offer compensation in any form. I didnt even care if it was only my portion of the bill which was less than $15. I dont really care about the money, more the principle of the thing. Thats why Im rating the restaurant one star, will never be returning, and warning everyone I encounter of my experience.

I have been going here since it opened. The last couple years it has taken a turn for the worst. The wait times seem to get longer, but there are tons of tables open. When you ask they say you should call ahead for a reservation. So I try calling ahead for a reservation and they say you need to call ahead sooner. So the next time I call ahead way before and they say we arent taking anymore reservations. Then what is the point in having people call ahead? I think this place needs new management!! If they have tons of tables, maybe they need more staff? Food is still pretty good. Customer service sucks!! I will be going elsewhere........

I was greeted upon arrival by a hostess and she had another host seat me at a nice table for one! I was waited on right away and my salad was there in less than five minutes and I think this is great and just after finishing that my spaghetti meal came and it was delicious! The lady that waited on me was very cordial and knew the menu quite well. Her name is Schmidt! She really took care of me. Thank you! Dessert was included with the meal and the price for the whole thing was wonderful. I was taken with the ambience of the place and Ill definitely be coming back - thanks for a wonderful first visit!!!

Devin was freindly. It was busy so I pointed at what I wanted. After getting the wrong order manager came over and re ordered my food. My wife already finished her meal. She said crab ravioli didnt taste right we found out it had imitation crab in it. Says nothing on menu about that. I ordered 3 tenderloins one was very over cooked the others were okay but not seasoned tasted like liver. I was upcharged for my meal. Manager asked how he could make it better. Maybe not charge me for a meal I didnt eat?. Just dissatisfied food was not up to par of what I expected. First and last time I visit.

My wife loves OSF. We have an unofficial goal to hit every one, and this one was nearby this last weekend. The places was PACKED when we walked in, and it took all of the 45-50 minutes that were quoted before we were seated, but it was a Saturday night, so no surprise. We got a nice table by the window looking out over the snow falling, it was very pretty. Service was excellent, despite being so busy. Food was great, as expected, and price was reasonable. Would absolutely go again, though might look for another OSF that we havent visited next time were in the Seattle area.

Very busy and typical American restaurant funneling as many people in and out as possible. Service was rushed. Restaurant felt a little dingy. Loved the seating areas and unique decor, tables, etc. Avoid their gluten free pasta - they are proud of making it themselves (corporate level for the chain) but it the worst of nearly 10 brands of gluten free pasta I have eaten. Prices seemed ok. Finally, is it intentional that a family restaurant would post (or allow the posting) of a picture of a sausage with 2 meatballs specifically positioned, as their food marketing?

We go to Old Spaghetti Factory for our kids, not because of the quality of the food. The entire setup allows the factory nature of their kitchen show through. Service has always performed at a level higher than the food, making it acceptable once in a while. Id never go here as a group of adults unless it was for the sake of nostalgia. If you go, their Browned Butter with Mizithra is something you cant get many other places and is done relatively well considering. Get it and then learn to make it at home - it is actually quite easy.
