On 10/06/2016 I went to this Sizzler location in Tukwila WA. When I walked in it seemed to be a pretty decent place to eat. The female that took my order (Gina) was very nice and sociable and asked where I was from, she seemed very friendly and precise when reading back what I had ordered and she did a fantastic job. I ordered the 2 combo which consisted of the Malibu Chicken and I opted for the 8oz steak (Medium) with onions and mushrooms side of mashed potatoes, the salad bar and a Stella Artois, everything came to $32.52. After paying I found a table and my server came and took the paper to see what I had ordered. The salad bar seemed ok so I thought..... When I made it over to the baby tomatoes the first thing I saw was a rotten tomato ( And I mean ROTTEN very visible.) So I finished making my salad minus any tomatoes. My server brought my Stella, and some French garlic tasting bread. A few minutes later he brought my food. It look good, then I tasted it. The Malibu chicken was VERY overcooked, extremely thin small piece of chicken that was cooked so long it was hard and dry. The steak was supposed to have mushrooms and onions but it only had onions. I then cut into it and you got it the steak was over-cooked and EXTREMELY dry and just plain funky. I wanted to complain but I had all I could take of this restaurant with there food. My server was ok, he didnt seemed to worried when I told him the food was just plainly ok. The cook or cooks need some training. Food not worth $32.52 maybe 10 to 14 dollars. You never see Management. Gina R (According to my receipt) was the only one that did her job properly.

Usually like Sizzler, however on our visit on 3-21-17 it was horrible. The ladies room was disgusting and in the handicap stall the toilet seat was literally falling off. I told the manager, Kelly, and she did send someone to check it out and said there was work order for the toilet seat. The salad bar was a mess and there was almost no hot food on the hot bar. It only got worse from there.... I also have to say that things have really changed here and I felt super discriminated against due to my skin color. It was very obvious that others were given preferential service. Im so sad because this place used to be so good and one of our favorites. After our last visit I have no desire to go back.

Asked for rare steak, brought me medium rare and promptly corrected the problem when brought up. Service was lovely. In the past their was a silver haired lady who was slow, and completely disrespectful. She forgot to wait on my table and when asked about a refill on my groups drinks she replied, "anything else so I dont have to keep running back and forth", (she had only been to my table twice). My husband spoke with a wonderful cashier, Kelly I think her name was, she actually notice what was happening and personally brought our drinks over and made sure we where happy.

starts out with manager handing out coupons for dinner. no clean tables. no clean dishes. tables loaded with dirty dishes.worse service ever. waitress complains about managers not doing their jobs. cant remember orders. never came to remove dirty salad dishes. took 3 times to get order right. not very personal. no apology for bad service. dessert bar needs a clean up. manager tells you to come again. Save your money go across the street to Out Back. Sizzles has lost it touch for cooking steaks. Whole experience was a zero.

To quote Anthony Bourdain "Sizzler is a judgment free zone, where there are no mistakes." I took the family here to share childhood memories from when I grew up. It was a solid meal. The steak was cooked very well and the salad bar was well stocked and fresh. I liked that they had fresh fruit options for the kids meals. The restaurant was clean and Kelly, the manager, was delightful. She was very understanding and accommodating for my sons special needs. We had a great time and will come back again!

Not happy at all, ordered a steak and shrimp medium on the steak. Got the meal, steak was rare. Asked server for properly cooked steak. They took steak back to the kitchen where the cooks briefly placed it on the grill then I watched them put it in the microwave... Are you f***ing serious? The blood had bubbled on top the meat, the server brought it back to me as if I was going to eat that junk. Will never be back.

Its a great steakhouse for large groups! I ordered the Sizzler steak topped with mushrooms and the endless salad...needless to say,it was GREAT and the sweet rolls are a awesome finish! The last time i was at a sizzler was WAY BACK in the 1990s up in Anchorage,Alaska when it was called "sizzlerS" and nothing has changed! It is just as GREAT! I cant wait to eat here again! 5 stars for sure!

Been going here for years... Although there is a new assistant manager that has a lot of attitide, and really has no place being in managememt, let alone around customers. If you avoid him and his milineal Im better than you, even though Im just a resturant worker attitude, and all the dirty looks and the snide comments, otherwise its a very good place to visit for a salad bar.

If you like good food at an affordable price, this one is it. I really love the steaks, although I sometimes order the salmon. Tasty is an adjective that is understated here...the only reason I dont give it five stars is that the salad buffet really needs to have trays available for the plates and other miscellaneous items such as forks, etc. when choosing food from that area.

This chain sends a me a free entree once in a while and I always get very good service and tasty food from the staff. The food selection is not impressive but it still offers value to the public. The server was very accommodating and the Maibu chicken was good. I will be back....have had good luck here.

If you like to eat huge meals that are pretty good and not pay a large amount this place is good. I liked the food but it was nothing special. What was special was how much you could eat if you wanted to. I probably will not go here again because it was easly to over eat but it was a good experience.

This is a very good place to dine at. The salad bar is always fresh. The restaurant is always clean. The restrooms are always clean. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Food is cooked to order if you have an entree. Servers attend you very well. My wife and I very much enjoy this place.

Good value, but their food could be tastier. Seemed disorganized as they couldnt seem to find who ordered what Im the restaurant. In addition, their steaks are cooked inconsistently. We ordered two medium steaks and one of them came out clearly well done.

Years of consistency! Weve been taking a long drive to visit this Sizzler for many years. The service is fantastic, the salad bar is amazing and Im a sucker for their Lemon Herb Chicken! Say hi to Dee Dee and talk Seahawks!
