Everytime I go to this location I have horrible service and rude waiters, they either completely ignore you or mess up your order. Today I just left there while we were eating we place a to go order to go to take home to my mom, they forgot about it and never placed it! So after waiting over half hour for the order to come I asked our server where it is? He said it was never put in and that he didnt know about it because I asked another server because that server because he ignored us the entire time we were there! He states I should have asked him to put in our order because he is our server and the other server does not speak English, I said I would have if you were around you Ive seen you twice in the last hour I have had to ask your co works for everything we have needed! So after the order comes out he said sorry it was there mistake and the order was on them l, as Im walking out the door he confronts me in front of everyone waiting in line to be seated and says you still need to pay for this order and I said you just said this order is free because you guys messed up and he says I change my mind how humiliating and embarrassing! I have tried giving them multiple chances obviously this location is not going to change!

Best Food and Service Ever! My friend and I went there a few years ago. It was super busy, we were just walking by and they were like In here In here! lol So we went thru the kitchen and Into the dining room. We got seated, all male waiters at the time which rocked! No cranky girl waitresses! We were told to ring the bell when we wanted to get service......HAHA Joke was on us there was no bell! So right off the bat awesome guy! We got our food (MMMMM!!!!) Then the waiter came around, pretended to accidently drop the ketchup and It had a red string on the end of It, and thought It went all over me LOL Jokes on us again! Very awesome atmosphere, awesome food, awesome drinks!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! I also just found a 10% off coupon on their websight for ANY DAY of the week!!!! Totally going this weekend!!!!

Worst Mexican in all of Snohomish county! First of all when they brought us out the chips it was literally a bowl filled of crumbs. Then they took forever to bring us our water and when they finally did they brought my boyfriend a sprite which was okay I guess but then when they refilled our water glasses I ended up with my boyfriend old cup which now contained watered down sprite. They our food finally arrived my chimichanga was soggy not crispy at all and just exploding with beans to the point I could barley taste the chicken. Expensive for such a low quality, Id i could give 0 stars I would. Also they served us expired hot sauce NEVER COMING BACK.

I have coming to this La Palmera for many years now, each time I come through, the service gets better and better. I rate this place at 5stars because the food is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Tonight I came through to get a couple margaritas with a friend of mine, and I came with the new company card my work gave me and for some reason their registers werent accepting it. Well not to worry, one of the lovely staff members paid for my drink! Absolutely amazing staff, I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am. I without a doubt recommend everybody to come here at the least one time! Oh and their arroz con pollo is amazing! 12/26/16

Some superbly good Mexican food. If you have lunch here, youll find that the staff have a fun streak. I went there for lunch with some coworkers and the staff pulled a couple of (harmless) practical jokes on us. Watch out for plastic spiders dangling from the ceiling! You get personal attention and fantastic food. The lunch menu is affordable. The dinner menu is a bit more, but is worth it. My wife is addicted to the carne assada. Also, they are open late. This is a nice place to have a late, casual romantic dinner with the wife.

Mexican food in Everett! The staff are overly friendly and efficient! You get your meal so fast you barely have time to munch on the yummy chips and salsa. The enchiladas are scrumptious - the tortillas are so fresh, and the ground beef is perfectly seasoned! Get the guacamole - it is the best! They do offer a mild salsa if the house salsa is too spicy, which sometimes it can be. And dont forget to download their coupon from their website. Read it carefully - only good at certain times.

Local Mexican food joint with well stocked bar. Both local gringos and Spanish speaking people make up clientele which I love. Menu has emphasis on seafood as well as the classic fajitas and combo plates. Cold day and I wasnt feeling 100% so tortilla soup sounded yummy. They brought out more soup than 3 people could eat. Definitely house made with tons of chicken and at least half of an avocado. Chips and salsa also tasted house made and fresh. Ill be back to try margaritas for sure!

Food is average in taste but is hot when served. Prices are good. Homeless people flooding the streets around the parking area the last visit. I would think twice before going back only because of that issue. They stood around the drive and lingered in the parking area. Staff are efficient and provide service as needed or requested but nothing beyond. They are not friendly or very welcoming but before as needed usually.

Since the opening of one of our favorite restaurants the most favorable reviews we could muster would be tired. The food was alarmingly warmed? The chips and salsa, the chips were from the bottom of the bucket little pieces. When we pointed the chip issue out to the waiter the look on his face was priceless. This never happened when the owner was working the store? Now I know why we patronize Azteca.

Ive been coming here for 17 years, the food is typical, but solid Mexican-American food. Their salsa is one of the best around and you can order it to go. However, their specialty items (Camarones a la Diabla and Fajitas) are ridiculously over-priced now (like, $18, $19). Those entrees are good.... but not THAT good. Stick to the lower priced stuff, portions are large and tasty.

You have to be kidding! This place is just fair. Not good Not very good. Just fair. Being Latina on my mothers side, give me a break....their chili rellenos are little canned Ortega chilies with scrambled egg. Lol. An authentic chili relleno is made with Roasted and peeled chili Pasias dipped in an egg batter fried and topped with melted cheese. Alot of work but Heavenly!!

I went to the restaurant thought it was a good place to go the chips and salsa were the only thing good on the menu plus after I told them that I didnt like the food the manger told me I was wrong and his food has never been turned down. I Would never recommend eating here if youve actually eaten Mexican food. These people are rude and honestly not good cooks .

Great food and staff only major complain is when a restaurant says there open until 10pm they should be actually open until 10pm. Ive been a regular customer for many years and now this. Theres nothing worse than driving to a good place you enjoy eating at to find out they closed early. Really disappointed
