November 6th ..Not a very pleasant person that waited on my family. I felt the waiter just didnt want to work or he just didnt like my family.. I thought it was just me but my husband, bother, and sister in law saw the same thing. Personally if you work with the public you need customer service and people deserves respect. He did not have manners at all, rolling his eyes, not one smile from this person, slamming our drinks on the table, getting the order wrong. Ive worked in customer service for 15-20 years, and if I treat people the way he treated us I would of been fired a long time ago.. If you work in companies that require customer service hes in the wrong industry. My family and I are not the type of people that want FREE food, because of what happened. Now if it was other type of people Im sure for a fact they would of demanded free food. We talked to the manager and he was great. I just want to make sure this person doesnt treat other people the same way he treated us.

We checked into our hotel late (around 11 p.m.), and was informed by the front desk woman that we were eligible for 20% off of our order at The Ram with proof of our stay. Much to my delight, they were still open. We ordered the Faberge (I subbed chicken), a B.Y.O. burger, and mac and cheese for the kiddos. The woman on the phone was very specific, and made sure to double check for our preferences for doneness of meat and eggs. The order was ready in 15 minutes, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The food was amazing! They also sent us with to-go cups for water, tons of condiments, extra napkins, etc. The food was reminiscent of dinner fare, but without the grease, and much more upscale. Very happy we took our hotel staffs advice!

OK if your into noise and drinking but poor if you are looking for a nice dining experience. The food (steaks in this case) were less than great and the service consisted of how fast they could remove your plates but no asking how the food was and if you would like your drink refreshed. This was our first and last experience at the Ram. If you are going to put out $19 for a small steak pay another dollar and go to Black Angus or anywhere else.

We used to come for the food now it is more for the beer. My husband is in the "Mug Club" and enjoys their seasonals. Disappointed that they have cut their menu of a lot of foods but the French dip, I think, is to die for. If you go to the bar, sit in Marlons section, he is a great Waiter and a lot of fun to talk to.

Its walking distance from my hotel. This is why I eat here while in town. I have had mixed experiences here. Sometimes its good, sometimes its bad. This time I was passed over once for my drink and four times for my food order while sitting at the bar. Its a 2 star night. Good beer and better than average food though.

I asked for my burger to be done it was literally burnt to a crisp, and my girl friend asked for no avocado in her salad and of course there was avocado which we had to pick out, also took forever to get a refill. Perfect if you like charred burgers for $13 youll love The Ram only thing good was the fries and beer.

We went to the Federal Way location. Waited 12 mins in the bar before anyone waited on us. I ordered my burger medium rare and it was cooked to well done. Not at anytime did our server ask if everything was OK. Took over 5 mins for re-order on our drinks. Seemed our server was in too much of a hurry.

Waited about 10 minutes before getting seated which was fine, it was busy. Ordered the Street Tacos, very good, husband and family all had burgers of some kind and they all really enjoyed them. Service was good. Good place to eat and have a drink. Convenient location which is right off the freeway.

The food was good, but the waitress who had been serving me shifted attitude as soon as my father showed up and sat down with me. It was quite clear that she had a total disdain for him, which wouldntve been such a problem if she hadnt already been quite friendly with me before he showed up.

Great service at the bar. Drink was a Mohito didnt taste like mint. Salmon dinner so over cooked and dry it still had the skin on it. I love the other locations so I tried this one. Sent dinner away for credit that bad. I will tell everyone I know about this place. Good luck.

Nice friendly staff and manager. Food was fresh and flavorful. They comped our childs entree because he wouldnt eat it- not that the food was bad, hes just a little picky choosy sometimes. We will definitely be back and would love to bring family and friends here!

Four and a half stars Very good food. Very good service. A bit too expensive. Hence the loss of half a star. Google doesnt like conservatives, or even centrists. Only liberals - they fire anyone else. Sell your stock and seek reviews elsewhere.

Just had Uber eats deliver a crispy chicken sandwich and a Rueben...Rueben was decent however the crispy chicken sandwich tasted like the uber driver picked it up from KFC on the way. Tasted disgusting and didnt have pickles on it like it said.

I agree with Janes review, I also had the salmon and it was bad, a friend had the steak and it was over-cooked as well. I think that the products they use are just not good quality. Appetizers were ok but nothing special.

Mike and his staff have been great everytime we visit. Even when given a fairly short notice, he makes room for our 25 + guys and director and makes us feel so welcome. Cant say enough good things. Lanny (Chorus Manager)

The service was fast. I had the sante fe burger which was decent. I wasnt a fan of the fries or the gravy. The fries were a rewlly thick cut. I didnt have any of their beer, but I am told they have good beer selection.

Service is always great! The Proud Mary is bomb! The Pulled Pork Potatoe Skins were Amazing! The Pot pie is incredible! What can I say The Ram is awesome and I am so glad they came to FederalWay!

Meh. The food was good. Portions crazy meager! Horseradish in the coleslaw was disgusting. Service was great, I had Brandi. Dessert was highlight. The kona coffee ice cream delicious.

Get a flight of beers. They make some good ones. Also, do the right thing and order sweet potato fries with the garlic stuff on it like the vampire fries. Yeah, garlic over-load!

Ive only been to a Ram restaurant a couple times - first time was about 15 years ago. The service was very good, but the salmon and burger we had looked and tasted pre-packaged.

Only thing good was the armidillo eggs. Waiter wasnt very attentive, child fries had more salt than potatoes and pasta was greasy. Definitely not worth the $60.

I really loved the Mushroom Patty melt. Rams is not my type of restaurant, I enjoy a quieter setting. Also, Ive had other items on menu that are just okay.
