This is the worst place to eat ever due to the customer service or lack there of! We went in to find out about a promotion they had advertised, and we were told that we couldnt get it without a coupon that we had no idea how to get, when we asked the "Manager" how to get it he was so rude! You get emailed the coupon. Well how do we get emailed the coupon, you dont have our email? "Oh it just takes time" is what his response was, well I dont understand? "Oh thats just what we tell people" So you tell people this to get them to come in on false advertisement? Then we called and I was put on "hold" for ten minutes listening to music and people from the bar, he then got on the phone "Oh are you there" "Well yea" "Oh okay let me put you on hold and go to my office to discuss this" Couple minutes later, "oh are you there" "Um..yea" "Okay, lets discuss this" "Okay well I dont understand how I get the coupon if you dont have my email" "Well I already told you it just takes time" "Okay I still dont understand, this is the worst customer service Ive ever gotten" "Oh really, all you want is free stuff" CLICK. Wow really, this is the first time Ive ever gone into this restaurant. All I wanted to know was how to receive the coupon, and I was treated so badly. I will never go to this place again! The Manager, "Marco" is the most unprofessional business man, ever.

So perhaps the late night cooks arent up to par with the day time cooks because I dont believe that was a 4-star experience I just had. Having been my first time eating here I have nothing else to go off of. I ordered a Colorado burrito. Compared to a number of other Mexican restaurants Ive been to where I ordered the same dish, I place this one somewhere near the bottom of the list for the following reasons: it didnt have a much flavor and my food wasnt hot. Normally the plate would be scolding hot and the food would be steamy, right? Not at all. I was reluctant to eat it to tell you the truth but I was just too damn hungry. And now here I sit, about 20 minutes after eating only half of my meal listening to the sounds of this orchestra that is my digestive system try to figure out what the heck I just ate. ...OK it wasnt THAT bad, but I didnt enjoy it. 2 stars.

Excellent food, but they will never get your take out order right. My wife orders from here anywhere from 1-4 times a month. They have NEVER gotten her order correct. Like, ever. Not once. Each time, we have to open the bag, check through all the items, tell them which items they got wrong, which ones were missing, and then wait for them to either get the add-ons they left out, or occasionally remake the whole meal. Its almost comical, if it werent so frustrating. I can tell you that they LITERALLY have gotten our last 10 orders wrong. And the women will give you tiny proportions, even after you have pointed out what they messed up. Very strange. We never eat in, so I dont know how they do with those orders. Good food though. Really tasty. If you feel like waisting your time, in exchange for great food, this is your spot.

I dont live in Washington State anymore, but when I did I went to this very restaurant almost three times a week. The staff learned my names and my parents names. We would chat and I absolutely loved their food. 9 years later Im living in Texas... And let me tell you - Ive never had as good of "Mexican" food anywhere here, than I did at this very restaurant. Ive been looking for the name of this restaurant for the longest time and finally, I found it once again. I doubt a lot of the same people work there. But I really appreciate everyone there. It makes my heart happy to see that this restaurant is still running.!!Please give this restaurant a chance!!(Their refried bean and cheese burrito is even better than any other burrito Ive had here LOL) Also their salsa is to die for!!!!

I use to go here when I was a kid and the food was great but just tried it again for the first time in ages and I will never be back. The food was by far the worst thing Ive ever ate it tasted worse than hospital food the chicken was dry and tough the beans tasted like they came out of a can and they clearly used a ton of cheese to cover that flavor . The rice was the only thing that tasted half normal. I woke up feeling like my stomach is in knots from the food I would never recommend this place to anybody. If this is the way the food always is then Im shocked your still around.

This was mine and my wifes first visit and well definitely be returning. Beautiful decor and great/attentive staff. Excellent food and family atmosphere. We immediately were sat down and our drink orders were taken within minutes of sitting down followed by chips and salsa also an outstanding bean dip. I read reviews before going to the restaurant and anything online is subject to bad reviews, but the fact that I saw they responded to all reviews which shows great initiative and professionalism. Great food, great staff and atmosphere well be back!

This place is amazing!!!! My husband and I tried for the first time yesterday and we fell in love. Since we got in the lady at front was very nice and courteous our server Carlos was very attentive and gave us great suggestions about what to eat since everything on the menu looked delicious. The food was well presented with reasonable portions and extremely well cooked with fresh flavor. I got a flan for dessert my favorite and it was awesome too.I will definitely go back to this place.

Disgusting!!!! The food quality was low to begin with but then my son found a black piece of ceramic in his food. I told the waiter, he brought the manager over and the manager said "well theres no grease on it" and he doesnt know what it was. Like I was the one who put it there. I will never eat here again and warn everyone else away from here.

Only Mexican restaurant close to home that offers the pork carnitas plate like Im used to: with the rice, refried beans, vegetables, and meat in a plate, and the tortillas separate so you can either build a taco or eat the tortilla alongside your plate. They also have Mexican beers on tap. Recommend the carnitas plate with a draft Negra Modelo.

Had a order to go and my Chimichanga had a piece of glass in it. I have never had this problem their before however i couldnt get a hold of a manager their no matter how many times i tried calling. I still give it a 3 star rating as i still enjoy the food and hope to never have another issue going forward.

Visited your restaurant on Saturday and I must say it was AMAZING great food and excellent service I will be back in Washington in August and will definitely be back to eat at your restaurant.. highly recommended to anyone wish you had a restaurant here in Michigan..

Traditional food and great environment, with friendly staff. They brought our childrens food out first, which we always appreciate. Cozy seating with plenty of room for families/friends. Good food. Suckers for kiddos when we left. Well have to go back.
