This was my go-to Taco Time back when I lived off 85th in Kirkland. As I never dined in, this is solely a review of the drive-thru. The three-star rating is for a few reasons: 1) Location is convenient but can get VERY congested, even during non-peak times. The drive-thru seems to be oriented such a way that only entering the lot from the west is intended--if there is a lineup, using the north entrance (which is directly off of 85, going east) is ineffective and clunky. 2) Rotating staff. They can never seem to keep a steady stream of employees and I dont think the now hiring sign has been taken down since they were built. Which may lead to... 3) Order correctness. I lost count of how many times my orders were messed up. Sometimes it was just a taco or two missing. Other times I would ask for hot sauce only to have them forget it. One time a mexi-platter took 15 minutes to make for some reason; even then, there was a taco missing. To their credit, these errors were corrected. (Although it generally only required me driving through the lineup again once I noticed an issue, and I recognize that part of this is on me for not meticulously checking the order while still at the window. Lesson eventually learned.) Despite those minor flaws, the food here has always been fresh and tasty. Taco Time is a great local brand that I was happy to support while I lived in WA. Even though I wouldnt rate this location very highly, I still enjoy dining there!

Taco Time is the definition of how going the extra mile differentiates a restaurant from being just another cheap fast food chain to something actually enjoyable. Its really the details that are what sets it apart. Everything was impeccably clean, the workers were kind and accommodating when I messed up my order, and . Compared to other fast-food Mexican chain restaurants like Taco Bello everything tastes more fresh and less processed. In true Seattle fashion, everything was compostable too. All of this results in a slightly higher prices that are worth the premium. Plus theyve got one of those futuristic coke machines! Ordered a Taco Salad, Chicken burrito, and tater tots. Chicken burrito had some kind of light ranch dressing which gave it a great zesty flavor that I really liked. Tater tots were seasoned somehow and tasted excellent, instead if plain polygon potatoes.

Amazing service! I got the chicken Ceasar soft taco and after paying asked if I had gotten the combo or just the regular. The cashier lady told me I got the regular but that she had forgotten to ask if I wanted the combo so she gave it to me for the price of the regular! So generous!

Super fresh and local Mexican food. This is a Northwest tradition with food made fresh, in the store, everyday. Try the cilantro lime chicken salad for a support tasty, healthy choice. Green friendly, everything is compostable or recyclable.

The food was good, but the visit was longer than expected and the soda vending machine sucks after the usage of a few years since upgrades. The smell from the drain was horrible as the Mickey ds in totem lake sometimes.

Pretty much the only reasons I come here are because they have a machine with a million diet caffeine-free Coke flavors and theyre open fairly late. Service is a little slow, if anything.

Taco time deserves 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆ exempt they charge $5 for one chicken soft taco on a corn tortilla. Of course I need two. So thats $10 with no drink or side or and this is fast food!

You pay for fresh, local, and handmade. What is not to like about that? Want cheap, processed and artificial? Go to taco bell. You get real beef at Taco Time!

Good food but parking lot is too small and always a hassle. Drive through took literally 20 minutes at 2pm.
