Visited another Red Robin earlier in the day and had great service. This time we were with a large party. The menu advertised a new drink (Gold Peak Sweet Tea). I ordered that and some mac and cheese. The waitress came back after everyone else had been served to tell my boyfriend and I that our meals had been put on another ticket and therefore not cooked. Only all the other meals on that other ticket got served way before any issue was brought to our attention. Then my drink came. Plain tea. The server told me to add sugar to it, as though Im a moron (he had quite the tone) incapable of knowing that adding sugar to tea will sweeter the tea (granted this still doesnt make it the southern "sweet tea" - which has baking soda in it and also does not make it the advertised product). I didnt want to make it an issue, so I let it go. Then the mac and cheese arrives. It appeared much like dry noodles with cheese melted on top of it. I just brought it home for later, having lost my appetite. Got home, and no, unfortunately I had not been mistaken. It was dry noodles with cheese melted over it. I tasted it just in case. It was bad enough I just had to toss it. The rest of my party didnt seem to have any announced issues at least!

After emailing the manager again, we did receive a gift card and had an opportunity to try Red Robin again. In fact, we got a whole new experience because of the new decor. I like it, but I do miss some of the old stuff. It feels slightly more up-scale and I feel like Id be less likely to bring a baby there. They have wood screens that break up the area a bit and make it feel more private and less loud. This time we had good service, and good food. Both my husband and I enjoyed our burger and his was cooked all the way through - although we were pretty stern with the "No pink, we want it grey". My sweat potato fries came out cold, but likely I like them that way. Our server was very attentive and helpful. It would be nice if the staff realize that while they are typing orders into the computer to the left of the kitchen, the slapping on the counter reverberates to our table and makes it feel like they are tapping on the back of your seats. Overall, fine food and Im glad we tried again.

Like many chain restaurants, the Red Robin experience is driven mainly by the service you get, and it helps to know one of the servers. We’ve known Wade for years and we return because he knows us and remembers our regular orders and our preferred drinks, but also because he does the same for everyone who takes a table in his section. Warm welcome, friendly chatter, suggestions to steer you right if you aren’t sure exactly what you want, the whole nine yards. Red Robin’s menu is just fine among the chain-restaurant world, but the service makes or breaks the experience, and we’ve always done well at this location and particularly when our friend Wade is working.

Very unsatisfactory service and no consistency with what is offered on the menu. I always get a takeout order of a "crispy chicken tender salad without tomatoes or dressing." The past 4 times Ive picked it up it has been made different every time. Sometimes theres cheese; sometimes there isnt. Why do they keep adding cucumbers to a salad that isnt supposed to have them? Sometimes the bacon is left off. And for some reason every time lately there hasnt been hard boiled egg on any salad Ive brought home...this is the first ingredient listed on the menu! And what happened to garlic toast? Im 99% sure I just brought home a salad with a sliced cheddar bagel on top.

Good consistent food, broad menu and fast service. Red Robin has completely redone their image, stores and menu in the last few years, its completely updated and has some great food to offer. Red Robin is a casual place, family friendly and often busy, so dont forget that it can be noisy at the busier times of the day. With the table top ordering and pay tablet, my wife and I have been able to order lunch and drinks in the bar, eat, pay and leave in under 30 minutes on a regular basis. Not too bad!

Mid afternoon my daughter and I went for a very late lunch where we saw only 2 other tables occupied in the place. We asked to be seated outside as it was a nice day, and the server sat us and never came back. We waited at least 15 minutes and just decided to leave and go to another restaurant. As I had time to study the menu - Im not very impressed with their sandwich choices - 2 chicken wraps or a club croissant and that is it. Nothing on bread - I like sandwiches for lunch :)

I much prefer the downtown Redmond location to this one. My to-go order was cold somehow even though I got there 5 mins after I called. to-go orders are picked up in the bar, and the bartender didnt even knowledge me for a good 5 minutes. Then, to top it off the Whisky River BBQ Chicken Wrap that I love so much was just ruined, completely drenched in sauce but the tortilla wrap was hard/stale.

We used to really enjoy this place. Fun waiters, fast service and good burgers. It has deteriorated over the last few years. The service today was not service. We waited over 45 minutes and still had not been served our food. Others around us who came in 20 and 30 minutes later were served. We will not be going back. It will not let me post no stars.

The atmosphere of this Red Robins is terrible. No large booths and the door greeter was lost in space. The only saving grace was my server. But he was slow with checking on us and finalizing payment. The food was average. What ever happened to the large basket of fries? Overall this location felt like I was at a fast food place instead of a restaurant.

Very good service and on the table in the bar you can electronically order and play games also. Food (can be /is) a little too greasy for my regular tastes. Depends what you order. My crab cakes burger was amazing but I wish it had been drained a little more or something so less oil was coming from the crab cakes. Mai Tai I had was perfect.

The burgers are great. The bottomless fries are greater. This is a great place to take kids; theyll love the atmosphere. The staff is also very friendly! If you order a lot, including shakes, it might seem kind of pricey, but worth it. We love having birthday celebrations here, too. There is also a sports bar if anyone is interested!

Very accommodating with little ones and pretty good service, although spotty during busy hours. The broccoli was very dried out and chewy on the day we went to this location, though. Tavern Double is always a good deal for me since the regular burgers are too large. Overall, we had a pretty nice experience here at this renovated RR.
