I have been here thinking it was better than the one in Renton, this is the Highlands one in Renton, so dont get it confused. I have ordered food, and they have been high. literally, they are stoned when you see them at the window. No one will go to take your order for a long time, and when they do, they seem to be killing the cow to get you your soft beef taco. Then, you see them wander around the store, not really doing anything. Oh, and if you do choose to go here, make sure you thouroghly check your order before you drive away! they have gotten my order wrong everytime! I paid for a 8.00 meal, and got a 5.00 meal instead. The service is awful. I just didnt want to deal with them again! The food in general is great! love it! But Taco Time def. needs to drug screen their emplyees! and make them wear hair nets!

Food tastes fresh, though sometimes, I get my order wrong; so I have to check every time. Service is very pleasing when dining in. I think they higher too many part times and most of the time they dont know what they are doing and just wander about near the front. Im almost a usual in the fact that I go nearly every week. I realize that when I order a grande size meal, the amount of mexi fries are about the same as the original size. Even for te original size Im always short nearly half; unless I dine in.

The food quality at this Taco Time is very good, but compared to other locations it is quite slow and sometimes prone to errors. Give yourself an extra few minutes to get your food. If you are dining in, be aware that it is by far the loudest Taco Time Ive ever sat in, thanks to its ventilation. They redesigned this place in 2016, and its quite modern looking, but its so noisy that it may be a major factor in why you are getting beef instead of chicken in your soft taco (happened to me).

Food is the chains norm. I went one afternoon and the soda machine was out of just about every flavor it serves. The sauce dispensers were both broken. No one behind the counter made any effort to refill the soda machine or put out sauce packets for those of us who might have wanted them. I did carry my cup up to the counter and ask them to fill it from the drive-through soda fountain but I shouldnt have had to do that.

In general I love Taco Time, but ever since this location was remodeled our drivthru order has been missing something or something has been wrong! how do you forget the dressing for a cilantro lime chicken salad?! its what makes it! I had 2 large bags and the line was long so I didnt take the time to double check everything. a mistake I wont make again!

Its Taco Time. They all kind of taste the same, and this one is no different. The establishment is new. Its a great place to sit down with a friend and eat. The food is fine. And they have one of those soda machines with a million flavors.

They will mess your order up 95% of the time on the drive though side. You literally need to empty out your bag and inventory everything. Now let me continue eating my beef soft taco that was supposed to be chicken.

I go here once a month. I always get wonderful service and polite cashiers. The food is always good. I have never had a problem with getting the wrong order or bad food.

Like what Hans said, there is no Taco Time here, just a dirty bridge. Do not go to this location expecting delicious tacos, you will be sorely disappointed.
