Normally Id give most any Taco Bell 3 stars, but tonight after patronizing this location, a rare event, I had a uniquely negative interaction with an employee. First though, its very loud near the registers so I had to almost yell or repeat myself 3 times for the employee to get my order and name right. This was not helped by his blank, very disinterested demeanor. Once placed though, my order was ready before the first employee could even fumble over my change. From the employee setting my tray on the counter, I felt his boisterous, overly joyful attitude was sarcastic or mocking me, perhaps an inside joke with his coworkers. The food was as expected, worth neither compliments nor complaints. Which brings me to my primary reason for composing this comment. Sometimes when I walk by a restaurants or coffee places drive through, I grab some change off the ground if no cars are going through, it helps cover my bus fare, especially quarters. Usually its just a few cents to maybe a dollar at best. Seeing the drive through empty as I left, I walked over to see what coins I might scavenge. After picking up two pennies and a nickel, some kid, maybe 20 years old, and probably a shift lead or weekend manager, opens the drive through window to say, "Excuse me, could you hand over those coins? They are the restaurants property". I replied that arent they just change customers dropped and are too lazy to get? He claimed that happened only sometimes and it was mostly change employees dropped and so belonged in the registers. Id never heard something so ridiculous but let him have his precious 7 cents, which apparently is enough to purchase my bitter enmity, so I will go from being an infrequent customer to an absolute ghost. If you enjoy the slipshod efforts and arbitrary power trips of vapid millennials, welcome to Totem Lake Taco Bell. Otherwise, you have at least 5 other fast food drive through options within half a mile, as well as exponentially more of those lame places that make you have to get out of your car, walk inside, stand there and talk to another human being face to face then carry your food back out to your car, or even stranger, sit and eat at a booth or table rather than a cramped, poorly lit and ventilated vehicle. Bon Appetit!

Im just glad taco bell exists here and isnt gross. Not many t-bells over here in Seattle area. Day crew is getting it done! Night crew around 10 or so is suuuuper lazy. Id never come back if I thought they were the best this location has to offer. Its a case of bad management and not firing those who shouldnt be there and dont care to be. Short white girl running the window Thursday Aug 7th-- fired. Old Guy slumped over in front of a cash register and looking drunk faced same day and time--- get enough sleep to be doing your job. one chance if no improvement--fired. I know if they were afraid of losing their jobs this would not be happening. Food made sloppily (I am not picky but when its soggy and barely hot and the crunchwraps no longer crunch ...or stay together even.. When your workers dont care you have to give them a reason to. Set loose some of the fat and hire some enthusiastic go getters or at least someone who needs the money. Stop w the pussy footing around and clean up shop.

Im giving it 2 stars because I do actually like the food, but if you decide you want to eat at this Taco Bell, expect at least a 30 minute wait. The people inside are either slow, incompetent, or both. Theres glass so you can see inside while youre in the drive-thru and everyone in there is spinning around looking like they have no idea what theyre doing. I can tell a confused person when I see one. Ultimately, this isnt somewhere you go on your lunch-break. Youll waste the whole break waiting for your food. As long as youre Ok with a really long wait and them asking if you want extra sauce 10,000 times, then go for it!

I would give less if I could, went there today and was profiled and laughed at by the cashier. I mistakenly gave the cashier my EBT card laughing she asked is this what you want to pay with? I said oh no sorry and gave her my cash card, she continued to laugh as she rang it up never even saying sorry. Ive spent all my 401 due to illness Ive worked for twenty yes at the same job making over $87 a year, and the food wasnt even for me I was picking it up for someone else. If you cant train your ppl to not laugh at your customers when theyre down you dont deserve to be in business in this day and age

Although it can be slow, the service is usually pretty good here. The food is always good, but the hours are lacking. Their sign says open late but they are only open until 10pm. I just wish I would have known they cut their hours before going here so I could just go to the Woodinville location. If theyre advertising "open late" signs they really need to either be open later or change their signs because 10pm is the earliest any fast food restaurant would close. If youre looking for a later meal, the Woodinville Taco Bell is open until 11pm on weekdays and 1am Friday and Saturday nights

Dunno if its because of staffing issues or what, but this location has been pushing "open late" back earlier and earlier. 1am-2am is advertised online, however their actual closing time went from midnight, to 11pm, and now to 10pm. Not just for the lobby, either, which would be understandable-- the entire location is closed by 10pm. Combined with frequently subpar food, youre better off going across the street to the 24hr Jack-in-the-Box with consistently good food. Be warned, though, Jack-in-the-Box is usually very busy with overflow from Taco Bell.

This place was a mistake I think. Good thought but bad idea. The window at the drive through is awfully embarrassing, keep the entire station tidy or board the window up in my opinion. The drive through layout is insanely inconvenient, waited for ten minutes to just pull in to the parking lot. If not for taco bell being cheap I would have left and gotten teriyaki across the street. The worst upset was the Pepsi tasting like plastic, I dont mess with the drink so I will not be coming back here again lol

The wait time is ridiculous, not to mention every single time I give these guys a second chance Im disappointed by their ability to take an order correctly. And its not just my order, Ive heard complaints from family and friends. They need to bring the old speedy efficient staff back, the college kids working there dont seem to care much if you have a complaint or if you get your meal served to you in time. If these guys could get half a star thats what Id give them on a generous day.

Everyone is super nice. They work hard when theyer slammed to get it out as fast as possible. You may have to wait sometimes if a huge crowd of people show up at one time. If they look busy then expect them to be busy if youre not okay waiting then dont go. The new building looks really nice and they have outlets to plug in your devices. The food is really good to. Everytime I go in I get exactly what I ordered. Im really happy with this taco bell compared to the others Ive been to.
