Tried to give this place a few chances but they are consistently messing up our order and customer service is terrible. A bunch of rude kids running this place into the ground. When they asked what else we wanted to order, we asked if they had honey mustard salad dressing. We had to repeat ourselves several times and the young kid kept saying what else then said he couldve given that to us at the window in a rude tone. Then when we got to the window after completing our order, the kid was tossing something back in forth in his hand while talking to someone else in the drive thru very nonchalantly. He seemed as though he did not take his job very seriously and probably didnt care much about anything. The other kid in the back that was running around was joking with the kid working drive thru. Then when we got our food it was sloppy and our kids refused to touch the meal. On a separate occasion, we had to wait a very long time in the drive thru, only to experience horrible customer service again. Yet again, we gave them another chance. This time, missing food, not ordered correctly, cold and charged for what we didnt receive. Its unfortunate that we will no longer come to this jack in the box because normally they have pretty good food at others.

My husband and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches on sourdough. We were in the drive thru, after waiting at the window for 19 minutes with the line backing up behind us we finally asked for a refund and cancelled our order for two sandwiches. This was officially the longest drive thru wait in my life!!! It was 9:30 am 6 employees on staff, and two dine in customers. We were never given a reason for sitting at the window for so long, when we asked for the refund they asked for the OJ back that came with the meal, which had gotten warm. I will NEVER visit this establishment again, the took longer than going to a nice restaurant and ordering a meal.

The bread for their breakfast sandwiches was very hard, and the breakfast sausage tasted like the smell of dirty dish rags. Also tried the fries. Tastes like they need to change their oil a lot more frequently. The quality of their physical store is pretty gross. The dumpster area outside seems to be over filling at all times. Maybe the garbage needs to be picked up more, but there are often rats around this store versus the other restaurants in this block. Its pretty unappetizing. The bathrooms are also very awkward to use. Overall, this is not a good location and have had bad experiences every time I decided to give them a chance.

The service isnt the best but you have to understand that these people dont make very much money here. The breakfast sandwiches and burritos are good for the price. Not sure who manages this shop but they said they dont brew decafinated coffee because nobody drinks it. I would have drank it but the female manager refused to make a pot even though it would cost them about a dollar to make it and they would have mad that back with the price of the cup. Bottom line: this place is in the service industry and their service isnt what it could be. They need some work, even though they are a fast-food place.

This is literally the worst drive through I have been too. I travel a lot and end up eating a lot of fast food so I know that service isnt necessarily the focus. However, when every single time i go through here the order isnt even just a mistake (no tomatoes for example) , its the wrong items? Its not like they are accidentally swapping mine for somebody elses either. Im typically the only one in line. Ridiculously poor service, the food is never right or even warm, and the people are straight retarded. Or maybe I am for continuing to go there occasionally.

I love the tacos @ Jack in the Box but any time I get them @ this location theyre awful. They taste like they are using really old & nasty oil to fry them in. The menu doesnt have everything on it & when I asked about the price of a burger that wasn t on the menu by its self but in a combo the girl who was smacking on gum said the price was 4.59 for it but the combo price said 4.19 so I didnt believe her but I didnt get that burger either. I would recommend going out of your way to go to another location before going to this one.

Sunday, July 23 on around 2:00 am I went to buy some amburguesas out the window and I heard one of the employees of the kitchen was awful and screaming obscenities discussing someone else, just imagine who would be the person to which he was attacking I felt really bad. The boy who was attending lucia sorry for the cituasion. Improve the treatment of employees I think that managers Deven better treat people, an error committed by anyone and is not fair to shout them so disgusting that way

Drive thru & or lobby is always closed. Been told on multiple occasions that employees have walked out on their jobs and dutys. The convenience of fast-food does not exist at this location. Ive unfortunately even seemed to have had lent on a burger & once it took practically 12min. to receive a drinking cup that Ive already paid for. I now drive past this location to find myself elsewhere to dine.

Terrible, whenever I come here my order is wrong, Usually Im missing at least half my order, but am charged for everything. The customer service is rotten, the employees rude and listless, and the waits are impossibly long. I know better than to expect high class dining from Jack In The Box, but they should at least have the decency to bring the correct food to me.

For the area that this store is in I have found the food to be better then other stores around it such as subway and pizza hut. customer service is hard to come by in this part of town but I get good service here at this store. The food is always hot and fresh. Very good prices and very good management change in the last 2 months.

Hey Is this place ever open in the morning? There is always an orange cone blocking the driveway in the a.m. Also @ 4:30am 6/04/12 tried to order breakfast and we are cleaning the grills it will be 30 min, hmmm what did they do all night. Anyway the franchise owener is loosing a tone of money. Thanks

12:30pm 11/4/16 I spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru, and when I got back to the office I discovered one of the 2 burgers I ordered was not in the sack. I called, but no one answered, and no machine, either. So, I had the fries and a soda for lunch. Dont risk it! GO TO WENDYS

Hair finger nails and the tip of a knife was in my burger i called and some lady with a strong accent hung up on me then left the phone off the hook. I am so upset i will never go here again they need to be shut down immediately!!!!

It took 5 minutes for them to take my order. Then took 20 minutes to get my food that was not hot. Do not even got me started on the weird people that kept bugging us. I will never ever come back here again.
